St. Vincent De Paul Thrift Store At St. Vincent De Paul Thrift Store, families can find a nice table for the kitchen, books, toys, jewelry and
clothes for the children. Men and women can select a good suit and shoes for a job interview. Thrifters dig for
treasures. College students outfit their apartment. Green shoppers find goods to reuse, recycle, and up cycle.
When you’re ready to clean out your basement or attic, the RSVP volunteers will be ready to take your
donation. Also, St. Vincent De Paul is known for helping people with their utility bill; if they are unable to
help they will look up every other place that might be able to help you with what you need. The RSVP volun-
teers are always willing to go the extra mile to make sure you get all the help you need. Whether you’re
shopping, donating, or volunteering, you’re helping!
Altogether the RSVP volunteer seniors have put in over 1,445 hours per month at St. Vincent De Paul. We
would like to thank the RSVP volunteers for all their great work that they put into the Thrift Store. We would
like to give a special Thank You to Manuel Rodriguez and Lousia Rodriguez for always going that extra mile
and keeping St. Vincent De Paul Thrift Store running smoothly! Thank You!

RSVP hosted its annual 2017 Luncheon. This luncheon is to give thanks for all the hard work the senior volunteers
do for their community. You are able to find volunteers at senior centers, thrift stores, libraries, Harvey House, C &
M Ceramics and other local places. These volunteers work very hard and are always willing to give what they can to
help out their community.
We do appreciate everything the RSVP volunteers do for our community!

Exercises That Can
Help Relieve Sciatica
Nerve Pain
Walking is an excellent exercise
that you may already do through-
out your daily routine already.
Walking, along with other aerobic
exercises can help with your sciati-
ca. Walking is relatively low im-
pact, and can provide all the bene-
fits of an aerobic workout. Make
sure to start off slow, and gradually
try to do up to three miles of walk-
ing at a brisk pace everyday in or-
der to help keep your sciatica nerve
pain down to a minimum.
