A er months of renova ons at Galbraith Loop, the Gecko Training Solu ons Training Room is now up and running. Staff from Midway and other organisa ons are now enjoying quality training in this beau ful facility, as Gecko Training Solu ons, a subsidiary of Midway Community Care, moves forward in the process of becoming a Registered Training Organisa on.

MANDURAH MUSTANGS

Midway clients took part in a WA Amateur Football Club Open Day. The Mandurah Mustangs will be

an integrated team to join the league next year, playing games all over Perth. Thanks go to Team

Leader Jamie Hunter for his efforts in organising this. It will be an exci ng me next year!

July Employee of the Month Brian Shervington is being recognised for his exceptional work—working alongside the therapist to implement client’s plans and encouraging participation from both the clients and fellow team members. Brian the passion you have for your work is definitely shining through!

August Employee of the Month is Kelly Trew from Monclair. Kelly is recognised for her excellent work with the house transition of clients, keeping clients encouraged and excited. Kelly has also picked up extra shifts where support was needed at short notice. Thank you Kelly for being so flexible and a fantastic support to our clients d u r i n g a b u s y m o n t h .

September Employee of the Month is Mandy Hare from Community Engagement. Mandy is awarded for going above and beyond for clients and staff. Congratulations Mandy!
