UBWRFCSUMMER 2014 ISSUE 2

WOW - What a great start to the season! Thanks to those

of you who came back a week early to train. There was

such great commitment, intensity and enthusiasm fromall. Keith was very impressed!

For those of you who weren’t able to join us, we havebeen: reminding ourselves of UBWRFC shape within the

game, whipped into shape in circuits by Ian the “Mad

Dog” Eisentrager, swimming, quizzing, scavenger hunting

(with a cheeky cider on the way), killing ourselves softlywith pilates, eating (too much) curry and much more...

Though we were not able to do our roller session last

week it has been rearranged for Thursday morning (25th)during freshers week. All are welcome. This will be a

great opportunity to cure any sore muscles and get used

to the equipment. Similarly we will be having a ‘rugbyspecific’ gym induction with the free weights on

Thursday. Exact times are yet to be confirmed but will be

posted on the Facebook page shortly.
