Launch of HND Route Master services, which provide route planning feature for domestic

and international flight terminals at Haneda Airport

Japan Airport Terminal Co., Ltd., Tokyo International Air Terminal Corporation and Jorudan Co., Ltd. will start operating HND Route Master today, which searches for the best routes to a destination, on the websites for the domestic and international terminals of Haneda Airport.

HND Route Master is multilingual. With it, users can search for the best routes via trains and buses from or to Haneda Airport terminals. It also displays information that caters to the various needs of airport customers, such as directions taking into account accessibility by wheelchair users.

We will continually improve our developments to deliver useful directions and information to travelers using Haneda Airport and to have many users utilize HND Route Master.

Original Features 1. Multilingual for international tourists (English, Chinese (simplified/traditional), Korean) 2. Displays the best routes via train and bus to and from Haneda Airport. 3. Users can search for routes by directly entering train stations, hotels and tourist spots as well as

choosing from a list of such locations. 4. Search settings available for walking speed so that users can readily travel in unfamiliar locations

while considering the time they will need for walking as well when searching for directions. 5. Search options for users with extra baggage, wheelchairs, and/or baby strollers.

New Features 1. Displays estimated times and costs (fixed fares + highway tolls) for routes using fixed fare

taxis operated by the Tokyo Hire-Taxi Association, which runs between Haneda Airport and

central Tokyo. 2. When normal routes are not available, displays the best detours by synching with information

on train delays. 3. Multilingual versions of train station diagrams (Japanese/English) and taxi pick-up and drop-

off locations (Japanese, English, Chinese (simplified/traditional), Korean). Additional languages

are planned as well.
