and reaching the expectations of the stakeholders in empowering

the women students. Good education is the foundation for

secure, prosperous and bright future. Our students, the learners

of today are well trained to face the challenges of highly

competitive future.

We have well experienced, qualified and highly motivated

faculty, staff and skill development trainers to make sure that

our students enhance their thinking capacity, analytical frameworks

interpersonal skills, communication skills and technical skillswhich will mould them into well rounded

technocrats. Also our autonomous status allows us to constantly review the curriculum and update as per

the industry requirements which ensure that all our students are industry ready when theyleave our

institution. Outcome Based teaching learning process, academic discipline, innovative practices in the

laboratory, project based subject learning, bridge course, remedial classes, research and development

activities, industry linked training and internship opportunities, various skill training for facing

interviews, personality development programmes and active participation in the various seminars,

conferences, activities for life skills, yoga and meditation, etc. In both curricular and co-curricular

activities our students have been faring exceptionally well at various levels and upholding the prestige of

the institution. INFLIBNET facility was yet again extended to all the students and staff of the college.

Implementing Swachh Bharat, Jagananna Pachhathoranam, conducting awareness programmes and

celebrating national importance programmes creates sense of responsibility in all stakeholders. The active

role of statutory and non-statutory bodies, NCC, NSS, WEC, Anti Ragging Cell, Consumer club, Eco club,

Alumni etc., enhance good administration and academic excellence of the institution. On its part, the

Department of Collegiate Education, AP is extending constant support to the students by taking timely

initiatives in providing employment through the conduct of job recruitment drives in the College.Being an

excellent destination for quality education, SKR & SKR Govt. College for Women (A), Kadapa. with its

veteran management, faculty and staff are contributing significantly to make the students to reach the

pinnacle of prospective career.

CURRICULUM ASPECTS

03.05.2021 Teaching Staff Meeting conducted on Academic Issues: 1) Conducting online & offline

classes 3 hours per day per lecturer with 60 min duration. 2) Uploading of online classes details

in Bharath Padhe Online both in our CCE Website and College Website and submit details in

Lesson Plan Management 4) Sharing the study material to the students. 5)Evaluating the

Performance of students by conducting online Quizzes, Tests, Seminars, Assignments etc. 6)

Maintaning evidences by Lecturer-wise and Department-wise. 7) completion of syllabus to the

First year students by the end of May,2021.

Staff council meeting was conducted on 24.05.2021 and discussed the following issues. 1 First year I Semester syllabus - % completed. 2 Absence of Guest faculty - Arranging new qualified GL 3 Conducting online classes regularly and upload in Bharath Padhe Online 4 submit the details of Online classes and recorded links 5 Second Internal Exams- how to conduct 6 Working days for I semester 7 First semester Exams - Fixing dates. 8 Providing online Exam Application to students 9 Verification by Dept In charge 10 Verification by Controller of Examinations 11 Any other issue

REVIEW MEETING WITH HONOURABLE CHIEF SECRETARY & COMMISSIONER OF COLLEGIATE EDUCATION

Honourable Chief secretary and Honourable Commissioner sir hosted review meeting on

27.05.2021 and interacted with zone IV principles about the conduction of Online teaching and

online evaluation and progression. All the principles explained that they are using various online

platforms such as Zoom app, Google meet, Cisco webex platforms to taught online classes to the

students duirng this covid pandemic situation for the benefit of the students. Evaluating the

Performance of students by conducting online Quizzes, Tests, Seminars, Assignments etc.

Honourable sir said that all the teaching faculty should maintain 90% of the students attendance

and continuous evaluation should be maintained.

SEMINARS/WEBINARS Attended Smt D. Aruna, Lecturer in Zoology attended the seminar on BIODIVERSITY CONSERVATION & WILD LIFE ACTS on 23.05.2021 organised by Dept of Zoology, SVU Tirupati. Smt B.Swarna Mary, Lecturer in Zoology Zoology attended the seminar on BIODIVERSITY CONSERVATION & WILD LIFE ACTS on 23.05.2021 organised by Dept of Zoology, SVU Tirupati. K.Shalini, lecturer in Mathematics attended the International webinar on “Accelerating digital transformatin initiatives intimes of uncertainty” organised by Digital transfromation 17.05. 2021 through online pedagogy.

workshop hosted by academic cell office

Workshop on “ How to use Cisco webex meetings” was organised by Honorable Commissioner of Collegiate Education, Vjayawada on 31.05.2021 to all the Government Degree college Principals and All teaching faculty to enrich the online teaching for effective delivery of online classes to the students during the pandemic situation. Dr S Sreedhar sir explained about how to schedule the webex meetings, recording facilities,content sharing facilities etc. This class was very useful to all the Principals and faculties and implemented in the curriculum so that all the students should attend the classes with out loss.

E content All the teaching faculty taught online classes using various platforms(Zoom, Google Meet, Cisco webex) for the benefit of the students. All the faculty conducting online Essay writing competition, Quiz competition, Elocution competitions to improve the technical skills to the students. Smt B.Yugavani Lecturer in Botany prepared online quiz on “Biodiversity” on 22.05.2021. Kum K.Shalini, Lecturer in Mathematics conducted Virtual Elocution competition on the topic: “Facing Virus problems in the present scenario” to all BSC Maths Students.

BIO METRIC ATTENDANCE Bio metric attendance systems provide a convenient way to check in and check out

into the system by simply scanning their biometrics. 12 Biometric devices

functioning in the college both for staff and students. All the teaching and non-

teaching staff and students enter their biometric at the time of entering into the

college and after leaving the college.

SUPERANNUATION OF THE STAFF

Sri Ramana Reddy Junior assistant retired from his services on 31.05.2021 . Dr P.Subba Lakshumma, Principal, teaching staff and nonteaching staff attended this function and convey wishes to his family.

UG Degree III Semester and V semester results was released by Dr P.Subba Lakshumma, Principal on 21.05.2021. Overall percentage of the colleges is III Semester: 93% V Semester: 95% Principal felt happy with the performance of the students in examinations and covney best wishes to all the students. Smt B.Yugavani, Controller of Examinations, Sri O.Khaja Mohideen, Asst Controller of Examinations, A. Haritha, asst controller of examinations,Dr M.Padmavathi, Lec in Physics and Kum K.Shalini Lec in Mathematics were attended in this event.

IQAC

The Institution has active Internal Quality Assurance Cell to frame the policy for

the Academic and Administrative growth of the Institution. IQAC is playing a

major role in designing and maintaining the quality assurance within academic

systems. IQAC cell actively functioning in timely submission of AQAR, AISHE and

NIRF data every year. ACHIEVEMENTS

Institution got 9th place in State rankings in our Andhra Pradesh Government college in the Educational world India Higher eduction rankings 2021-2022 and got 46th rank in India’s ranking.
