Change is the only truth in this world constant. One has to
modify according to the latest trends in the society.
Change helps a person to give them a break from the
monotonous elements. It transforms their minds and paves
a way to their hidden ideas to come up and satisfy society.
Being a part of the editorial team of the newsletter is a
tough job both for students as well as teachers. A lot of
responsibilities are put on their heads but eventually it is an
activity which helps the students to enhance their literary
skills. It gives them an exposure to the much-awaited world
and the contrasting people. In order to implant these skills
we would love to hand over the responsibility to our juniors
from Grade 11.
Our journey as editors can be described as 'Tempestuous'.
Not so experienced, we started and faced many challenges
but after all, challenges are the stepping stones to success.
A special thanks to our teachers, Priya Akka, Neerja Akka,
Raghavan Sir and Susha Akka, who constantly helped us
throughout the journey.
We would love to express our gratitude to our
Administrators Upasni Sir and Mahatre Sir for always
considering our frequency to visit Jain Hills for the layout
of the Newsletter.
There are some people who worked like ROBOTS, as we
were the ones who gave them the command and they
followed. We would like to express our Heartfelt Gratitude
to the computer Wizards Shashikant Sir, Jagdish Bhaiya
and Mahesh Bhaiya.
Teamwork is an essential element. A year ago we inherited
the newsletter as successors of Amey and Anshuma, now
the time has come to pass on the responsibility to our
successors. We wish Abhang Jain, Radhika Rathi, Akanksha
Asnare, Aman Deshmukh and Govinda Rayudu, all the very
best. At last, we thank you for holding the newsletter in
your hands right now. The newsletter is meant for you.

7th July has always been an auspicious day in the history of
Anubhuti. It was the day when the school, which was made
in a recorded time of months, begun!! The day began with a
dance which symbolized Goddess Durga. Later, Mr. Ashok
Jain addressed the gathering. He shared some thoughts
which were important for us as children and were
expressed by our beloved Dadaji. This was a platform for
the students to share their experiences they had at
Anubhuti. The programme came to an end with a song sung
by class 10 girls. They were melodious and the song was
heart touching. We missed our inspiring Dadaji a lot during
the whole function but somehow managed ourselves,
because the show must go on. Later in the afternoon a
special lunch was organized by our dining staff. In the
evening a basketball match was played between the staff
and the students. The match was won by the staff.

The strong bond Anubhuti has with nature was further strengthened on
10th July 2016 when the students of Israel rubbed their shoulders with
the Anubhutians to plant some saplings. This culture of Anubhuti led the
students of every class irrespective of their age to plant trees in and
around the school for the betterment of the society.
The day we went for the tree plantation was very cloudy, it was drizzling
but we were least bothered and continued with our tree plantation. Our
Israeli friends were very excited to plant their saplings and place their
name plates beside them. The enjoyment made everyone forget about the
mud stuck on their hands and all the other irritations.
With a photo session we came to an end to this activity and were reminded
about our duties towards the environment. This was a great step by the
school to make the world a better place.

Music has the capacity to captivate one's heart. There was
a jugalbandi presented by Nikhil sir, Amritesh sir and their
team. This was a special performance to let our Israeli
friends know about our culture. It was a fantastic and a
mind boggling performance. He sang ragas, aalapas, and
taans. It was enjoyed by everyone. It was an energetic
performance which gave us an idea about classical music and
Indian culture. It was followed by some songs sung by the
students of Israel, which were melodious and were enjoyed
by everyone. This activity brought out the fact that music
is an essential part in every country of the world.

On July 11, we were privileged to have 10 students and 2
teachers from Israel as guests. They were from the
Naandan School. During their brief stay, we gained rich
knowledge of their lifestyle and culture. We had interesting
chats, discussions, exchange of ideas followed by music. A
day prior to their departure, we organized a farewell party
for the Nandaan team with their folk dance performed by
our students, songs with reciprocation by them. Looking
back, it was a very memorable time with them and we look
towards more such programs.

Language plays a vital role in our day to day activities. We
need to have command over the language we communicate
in. In order to instill the importance of the language and
hone the skills our school dedicates a full week to a
particular language. We had the English week from July 18
to July 23. We made beautiful charts based on English
quotations. Special assemblies were organized based on
oratory skills, narration, Anagrams and Shakespeare's life.
The assembly based on songs was fun filled. The first
activity of the week was a JAM session. It was very
interesting. The participants expressed their thoughts on
different topics. Fantastic quiz assemblies were held by
different classes and it was fun cheering for our class. The
session on poem recitation and story-telling kept us glued.
The best part about the English week was the debate. It
ended with wonderful quotes and morals. Last but not the
least the caption writing made us think creatively. It was
really a great learning experience! Thanks to our lovable
teachers, friends and everybody who made the week a
fruitful one.

On 3rd July, the students of class 12 went for their
educational fieldtrip to JAIN SOLAR POWER PLANT in
JISL. Mr. Manoj Bhangale, Officer in Charge of the Jain
Solar Plant, accompanied by Pandey Sir guided us. After our
interaction ended we were served with sumptuous snacks.
The return was a bit different as we all returned on a tractor.
We stopped near the 100 year old Banyan tree and enjoyed
climbing trees and moving to and fro on the branches. We
again started over and reached the school. On the way to
school it rained and a mini concert was held on the tractor
itself. All the students were amazed to see us travelling in a
tractor. In short, it was a mini-one day trip for all of us.
- Bhargav Chowdhary, Grade XII
Visiting places and interacting with people is the best way we
can learn something. On 9th July, 2016 the commerce
students of class 9 and 10 had the privilege to visit the Jain
Farm Fresh and Onion farm. Learning about their
recruitment, selection and placement procedure was a very
interesting part about the visit. They showed us how their
production process goes on, both manually and by machines.
We interacted with Mr. Sunil Deshpande, Director Farm
Fresh, regarding the Production, Purchase, Human Resource
and Marketing of Farm Fresh. We went to the Mango Pulp
Making and Onion Plants, where we learned the
manufacturing process, quality analysis, packaging and
A special assembly was held on the occasion of Aashadi

Ekadashi in the state of Maharashtra. We learned how the
Vaari of Lord Vitthal is carried away in Pandharpur. On this
occasion our friends from the lead group sang various songs
signifying Ekadashi and Lord Vitthal. A special lunch was
prepared by the dining community. In addition to it our lead

On July 9th we had a Treasure Hunt, very well organized and
coordinated, by the students of class 12. There were six
groups and each group had an official and a team leader. The
organizers were likely to be mischievous as they gave us
tricky clues. There were seven clues in total and some letters
were jumbled up in the clues for us to decode it in the end.
We all enjoyed it a lot and learnt some new words which were
written in clues. Group 5 bagged the first prize. The last and
the final clue was the same for every group. It goes like “YOU
WIN! EXPRESS YOUR JOY AND GONG THE BELL.” Thank
you to all the organizers for such a wonderful event.

stepped in Anubhuti to experience a new culture and
tradition which is completely different from that of
Israel. Along with them we also got an opportunity to know
and learn about their lifestyle. We arranged a musical
assembly where we felt the rhythm of their songs which
was very mesmerizing. We grasped a lot of knowledge about
Kibbutz-Naan and Israel. On the eve of their departure, we
gave them a sweet farewell in which we presented to them
our token of love and so did they. The special event of that

Anubhuti has constantly been in touch with nature. From 25
to 29 of July, we the students of classes 5, 6 and 8 sowed
turmeric in fallow fields in our campus under the guidance
of Dr. Rajesh Kumar and Jayshree Akka. The special thing
in this activity was that instead of sowing seeds, the
mother rhizome was sowed, which itself acts like a stem.
This was a very nice experience for us and we came to learn
a lot of things by undertaking this activity. We would like to
thank the school management for providing such an
opportunity to us.

On July 15, we the students of grades 10 and 12 went for a
field visit to All India Radio (AIR), Jalgaon, in order to
enhance our knowledge about the radios. The visit
enlightened the students regarding the functional working
of a radio and also about AM, FM and Satellite reach of a
particular frequency.
Afterwards, we were separated into groups along with the
guides to take a look at the areas used for functioning.
During this field visit we came to learn that the AIR is a
non-profit making organization especially established to
provide basic information to each and every part of the
society. The field visit provided us an opportunity to gain
On July 9, 2016, the Physical Education students of grades
9, 10, 11 and 12 visited the two well-known gyms of Jalgaon,
Gold's Gym and Talwalkars.
We saw various equipment's used for training, gain/lose
weight- the cross trainer, spin cycle and many more. After
our trainer finished showing us the equipments, we all were
given some time to try any equipment we desired to. We were
also given time to dance on the beats of the music.
Altogether we had a good time visiting the gym. We thank
Shivam Sir for giving us this opportunity whereby we learnt
the intricate details of the functioning and benefits of a gym.

The students of class 10 and 12 visited 'Vikas Milk Co-
Operative', on June 27. We were given an opportunity to
explore the environment of the company and its
competitors.
We were also provided with data base and knowledge about
the art of modern assembly lines used by the plant, along
with various other techniques- to filter, store, purify, pack
and verify the quality and assessments to distribute the
product. We would like to express our gratitude to Swagat

We, the commerce students of class 10, visited the Gandhi
Research Foundation (GRF) for our project on CSR. The
GRF Coordinator Mr. Ashwin Zala took us around the place..
CSR exactly means doing good for the society and for the
people. What GRF does as a part of their CSR is that they
go to different villages and create awareness regarding
cleanliness, hygiene, etc. They even conduct many
sanitation programmes. They invest a lot of money in their
CSR and are trying to educate a lot of people.
So all that we learn is, more than profit our CSR should be
at a higher level only then is a company worth developing.
We thank Swagat Sir for giving us this opportunity to practically learn about CSR. We also extend our thanks to Dr. D. John
Chelladurai, Dean of GRF and the school management to have given us this great learning experience.

All the biology and biotechnology students of class 11 and
12 visited the tissue culture lab on 22nd July. We were
accompanied by Snehal Akka and Jayashree Akka for our
educational trip. We reached there by 3:30 in the
afternoon and spent 2 hours in the lab.
During our visit we had an interaction with Dr. Patil, who
provided us with all the basic information about tissue
culture. We learnt all about the initializing process,
sterilization process called the induction and the
development process. We observed the variety of
instruments required in tissue culture. It included Laminar
Air Flow, Autoclave, Incubator, Stirrer, PH Meter, etc.
In addition to this we collected a lot of information about mother nursery, sucker induction process, virus indexing,
primary and secondary hardening process, etc. It was a very wonderful experience for all of us.

I along with my fellow classmate Sumiran Dafare was
blessed to have an opportunity to participate in the debate
held in Pawar Public School, Mumbai on the 15 of July. Ten
more schools had participated in the competition. The
motion of the day was “I have the power of the people with
me.” I spoke in proposition while Sumiran chose to speak in
opposition. Our speeches were followed by a two minute
rebuttal session in which fellow competitors asked us
complex questions to which we tried our level best to
answer smartly.
Likewise, another debate competition was held in Mumbai
on 22 July in Sulochanadevi Singhaniya School. It was a
debate where students of class 11 and 12 were allowed to
participate. Darshan and I participated in this debate. Our
first topic was “Our education system has ignored the shift
to make more employment creators.”
It was a great competition. We got to learn a lot and hear
many wonderful debaters.
