EASY SUDOKU #1

The Budget Storage management team recently met for a casual lunch and learn session. Since it’s always great to associate a face with a name, here is our team! In photo to left: Lisa Weese of Portage

Sudoku fun! See if you can solve.

Sudoku is a logic-based puzzle. The objective is to fill a 9×9 grid with digits so that each column, each row, and each of the nine 3×3 subgrids that compose the grid contain all of the digits from 1 to 9. (For the answers, see a Budget Storage Associate.)

Mac N Cheese CasseroleThis is a favorite go-to recipe from Bonnie Gunn, America’s Budget Storage Assistant Manager.

Ingredients1 lb. elbow noodles2 8-oz. packages of shredded sharp cheddar cheese (or 1 16-oz pkg.)1 sleeve of saltine crackers 3 eggs

Boil 1 lb. of elbow noodles according to package directions and preheat oven to 350 degrees.Drain noodles and put them in a casserole dish. Scramble 3 eggs and add to noodles, along with all but 4 oz. of shredded cheese. Mix it together. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.

Place casserole in oven for 15 minutes. Crumble saltine crackers.

Take casserole out and top with the crushed crackers. Put back in the oven for 5 minutes or until the crackers are slightly brown.

Casserole can be made with or without crackers.
