Sunday Servants

Sermon Notes

We are honored to have you with us this morning. A warm welcome to all our members — how good and pleasant it is for us to worship together! And a special welcome to our guests! Please take a few minutes to visit with us

after services. Stop by the welcome centers in the main hallways for more information and a free gift from us. Let us know how we can serve you.

———————————————————————————————

Welcome to our worship services. Today we start a new Sunday morning quarter in our Bible classes. I encourage you to make Sunday morning Bible class a spiritual discipline in your life. We are blessed to have so many wise and devoted teachers to lead our children and adult classes each Sunday and I know you will be

blessed in investing that time in the Word.

Todd’s Take

The world we live in is changing so rapidly especially in terms of how

people think about God, the church, and the Bible. How did this happen

in such a short time and what are we to do as Christians? That will be the topic of our September Fall series. We will meet each Wednesday in

September at 7:00 pm.

South Texas Relief Efforts

The Elders have designated next Sunday’s, September 10, contribution to go towards relief efforts in South Texas following the devastation of Hurricane Harvey. We are researching relief

efforts of the Churches of Christ and sister congregations in the affected area to send the money to them.

Three will be only one contribution next Sunday.

You pick the

passage, and I’ll preach the sermon.

Submit your passages through Facebook, the church app, or church

website.
