The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation chief, Mangu Singh, who flagged off the trial run of the Jahangirpuri-to-Badli section on Friday, admitted that three pockets of land remain as obstacles to completing Phase III on time. These include a piece of land in Trilokpuri where a few families who will be affected by the under-construction corridor have rejected the offer of rehabilitation.
