The Block Island Ferry Terminal at Perotti Park is located inside the Harbor Master’s Office building near the dock. Restroom facilities are also available at this location.

PARKINGParking for Newport ferry Service: Public parking garage is located adjacent to the Visitors Center one block from Perrotti Park. Privately owned lots are within walking distance.

Personal luggage is limited to two per person in accordance with Federal Regulations. Excess luggage or larger items may be shipped via our Freight Department. Visit our website BlockIslandFerry.com for more info.

**Surfboards or excess luggage will be permitted at the discretion of the captain or Interstate Navigation Co. management and will not be permitted on heavily traveled trips.

The Block Island Ferry is your fastest link to Block Island, Rhode Island. Known for its’ beauty and charm, Block Island is often referred to as The Bermuda of the North! If your visit is a day trip or an overnight, you will find an abundance of places to visit that include beautiful beaches, extensive hiking trails and nature walks, historic lighthouses, wonderful dining, live music events,

numerous shops, and much more.

Enjoy a narrated sail to the nations first off-shore Wind Farm. During the one-hour tour, the guide will share interesting wind farm facts about this milestone for renewable energy. Included in the tour, riders will enjoy views of Block Island’s Mohegan Bluffs and the Southeast Lighthouse with narration on the history of the lighthouse as well as a sampling of the islands’ Native American History.

Each ferry is equipped with concession stands that offer light snacks and full liquor bar. While on your sail, enjoy one of our famed Bloody Marys! The concession selections include hot dogs, chips, cookies, candy, coffee, tea, soft drinks, and

more. All concession stands are cash only.

Tours are offered from Old Harbor, Block Island at 3:45PM on Wednesdays from June 26th- August 28th and Fridays from July 12th-August 23rd. Tickets $25.00 Adult & $15.00 Child (ages 5-11)

All of our ferries land right in downtown Old Harbor, Block Island, where most of the island’s hotels, beaches, shops, and restaurants are easily accessible by foot.

PET POLICY

Traditional ferry: Pets are permitted but must be on a leash or in a carrier at all times.

Pets are not permitted on the seats, benches or on tables inside the passenger cabins.

High Speed ferry: Pets are permitted in the cabin in a pet carrier only. Pets that are not in

pet carriers must be on a leash and are required to stay on the outside decks.

Drivers must accompany vehicles. All vehicles are transported at owners’ risk.

Interstate Navigation Company will not be responsible for any damage to vehicles, or any articles left in vehicle, while in transit or during loading and unloading.

PASSENGERS TICKETSTraditional ferry tickets are available online, in advance, or at the Ticket Office windows on

the day of travel.

Online ticket holders must be on board the ferry at least 15 minutes prior to departure. If passenger capacity is reached on any scheduled sailing, ticket holders will be accommodated on the next trip.
