Amending a Proclamation Proclaiming Land Held for Housing Purposes Set Apart for Industrial Purposes in the City of Christchurch


PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby amend the Proclamation dated the 25th day of August 1978, published in New Zealand Gazette, No. 100, 16 November 1978, at p. 3126, proclaiming land held for housing purposes set apart for industrial purposes in the City of Christchurch, pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1952, by omitting the Schedule and substituting the following Schedule:

Revoking a Proclamation Declaring an Area in the Stratford Acclimatisation District to be a Wildlife Refuge (Block VI, Ngaere Survey District, Taranaki Land District, Stratford County)


PURSUANT to section 14 of the Wildlife Act 1953 I The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Gov~rnor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke that part of the Proclamation issued on the 7th day of December 1967 New Zealand Gazette, No. 36, 1 June 1961, p. 779, declari'ng an area of land in the Stratford Survey District, and in the Stratford Acclimatisation District, described in the Schedule hereto, to be a wildlife refuge for the purposes of the Wildlife Act 1953.
