Sat., Oct. 24 – HARTFORD/CLEVELAND
This morning we depart the Hartford area on our
exciting journey to New York City. We'll travel
through Illinois, Indiana and into Ohio. This even-
ing we arrive at our en-route hotel.
Sun., Oct. 25 – CLEVELAND/HERSEY (B,D)
After breakfast, we are off into Pennsylvania and
the Laurel Highlands. We enjoy a drive along the
Laurel Highlands Scenic Byway, through the
colorful rolling hills, deep river valleys and past its
highest peaks. Make sure you have tour camera
for some stunning snapshots! This afternoon, we
make our way to Hersey, PA home of the famous
Hersey Chocolate Company and our hotel. This
evening dinner is included at a local restaurant.
Mon., Oct. 26 - HERSEY/NEW YORK (B,D)
After breakfast, we begin with a trolley tour
through the town of Hersey, where we learn about
the history of the area. Next, we visit the Hersey
Chocolate World where we learn how the wonder-
ful Chocolate is made. After time for lunch on our
own, sit back and relax as we make our way to our
New York and our hotel in the heart of New York
City. This evening we enjoy an included dinner.
Tues., Oct. 27 – NEW YORK (B,D)
Today we begin our sightseeing of New York City
“The Big Apple,” with a Cruise through New York
Harbor. We make a stop at Liberty Island for an
up-close visit, where will have access to the
pedestal of the State of Liberty. Then we’ll ferry
over to Ellis Island for a guided tour. Ellis Island
served as our country’s immigration depot from
1892 until 1954, no other place explains so well
the “melting pot” that formed the character of our
great nation. We return to Lower Manhattan this
afternoon were we visit the 9/11 Memorial sure to
be a moving moment followed by a driving tour of
the sites. This evening we enjoy dinner before we
are off to our Broadway show (Show TBD).
Wed., Oct. 28 – NEW YORK (B)
This morning we see some of the sites made
famous by our favorite television shows and mov-
ies. You will see for yourself where your favorite
actors, personalities and characters from NBC,
ABC, CBS, CW and HBO TV shows like Friends,
Seinfeld, Ugly Betty, Gossip Girl, Will & Grace,
The Apprentice, Law & Order, Mad About You, Sex
and the City, The Cosby Show, Saturday Night
Live, and many more. This afternoon is at leisure
in New York City for shopping. We return to our
hotel in the evening.
Thurs., Oct. 29 – NEW YORK (B,D)
This morning we begin with a visit to 30 Rockefel-
ler Plaza, one of the most iconic buildings in enter-
tainment history, for a Tour of NBC Studios. This
tour has been re-imagined to provide an all new,
exclusive experience. You will go behind the scenes
to access some of your favorite NBC programs
such as the Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon,
Saturday Night Live, Late Night with Seth

Following our visit to Rockefeller Center we enjoy
a guided city tour where we will see Central Park,
Fifth Avenue, St. Patrick’s Cathedral, Times
Square, Greenwich Village, SoHo, the and China
Town. We then enjoy dinner at Ellen’s Stardust
Diner before returning to our hotel.
Fri., Oct. 30 – NEW YORK / CLEVELAND (B,D)
This morning we depart New York to begin our
return journey home. Leaving New York’s
dramatic skyline behind us, we will venture west
across the New Jersey and Pennsylvania state
lines. We make a visit to the Flight 93 National
Memorial is located at the site of the crash of
United Airlines Flight 93, which was hijacked in
the September 11 attacks. This evening we arrive
at our en-route hotel.
Sat., Oct. 31 – CLEVELAND / HARTFORD (B)
After breakfast, we’ll take to the road one last
time as we continue our journey west, along the
southern shore of Lake Erie before we travel
through Indiana and past Chicago on our return
to Hartford. No better time to reflect on memories
of our New York Adventure to last a lifetime and
new friendships made along the way! (B)

The Tour Price Does Not Include: Items of a personal nature such as laundry and cleaning; telephone
calls; tips to the motor coach driver, local guides and Tour Escort, and hotel and breakfast room staff;
personal and baggage insurance; meals other than those stated above; drinks with meals other than
breakfast.
TOUR DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT: Payment is accepted by personal or bank checks. YOU WILL BE INVOICED FOR THE BALANCE OF PAYMENT DUE ON OR BEFORE FRIDAY, July 17, 2020.
ARRANGEMENTS: The tour price is based on a minimum participation of 30 persons and includes planning, handling and operational charges and is quoted on the current rate of exchange, tariff rates and airfares in effect as of August 26. 2019. In the event of a marked increase or decrease in tariff rates, the cost is subject to revision.
TOUR PRICING: This is a package tour in which the tour costs have been combined in the most advantageous way. Should you wish to deviate from the tour package by changing your departure and/or return dates of travel, this will elim-inate the advantages of the package tour price and special group fares. There will be a service charge of $100 per person for altering the airline itinerary, plus any additional charges assessed by the airlines.
CANCELLATION: If after making your initial deposit you find it necessary to cancel from the tour for any reason, there will be a charge of $100 per person up to 90 days prior to departure. For cancellation between 89 and 60 days prior to departure, there will be a cancellation charge of $300 per person. For cancellation within 59 days of departure, in addi-tion to the $300 per person charge, there may be additional cancellation charges from the hotel(s), or ground service com-panies up to the full value of your tour cost. TRAVEL PROTECTION (TRIP CANCELLATION/INTERRUPTION, BAGGAGE, and MEDICAL): You have been given the option of purchasing Travel Protection at the time you sign-up for the tour. The insurance includes: Trip Cancellation/Interruption, Baggage Delay/Loss, Emergency Accident/Sickness Medical Expense, and Emergency Medi-cal Evacuation. The premium for the plan is non-refundable after the free 14 day look back period and is based on a mini-mum participation of 10 travelers. SPECIAL NOTE REGARDING PRICING: The tour price as quoted is based on tariffs in effect for estimated 2020 prices as of August 26, 2019. Tour prices do increase every year, and it is therefore possible that increases could occur after the printing of this brochure in advance of your tour’s departure. InterTrav Corporation will do everything possible to avoid an increase in the tour cost. However, should increases occur in airfares, hotel prices, and/or coach transportation costs, they will be added to the tour cost and passengers will be notified accordingly. Should an increase in price occur, notifications will be sent to tour members in writing no later than 15 days prior to departure.
