Scottsdale AZ, you will never run out of things to
do. Wondering about the New Year’s Eve events
and parties around the area? From romantic and
intimate activities to all-out festivities, there are
always something in Scottsdale AZ for everyone
on New Year’s eve!
1. Scottsdale’s Ultimate Block Party, Craftsman
Court between 3rd Ave., Dec. 31, 2014, 7pm-2am
Many hit the streets of downtown Scottsdale for
Arizona’s biggest New Year’s Country Block Party of
the year! Guests 21 years old and above were invited
to rock the night away into 2015 with KLME 107.9 on
New Year’s Eve. This year’s street festival featured
Frankie Ballard, Chad Freeman, Tommy Ash, Laura
Walsh, and Redline.
Guests enjoyed music from live DJs and a
spectacular fireworks display at midnight.
Guests got full access to Rock Bar Inc. and Dos
Gringos and Rock Bar Inc. Many rocked in either
locations while sipping their favorite drinks.
This year’s block party benefited the
organization “PeppedUp!”. Everyone was
cautioned to drink responsibly and to find a safe
ride back to their McDowell Mountain Ranch
homes.
2. Fire & Ice: New Year’s Eve at Talking Stick
Resort, Dec. 31, 6:30 pm – 2 am
Guests welcomed 2015 with elegant dining at an eat-
all-you-can buffet while listening to performances
from The Legendary Soul Man Sam Moore and
Boogie Knights. They danced the night away with
music from a live DJ which started at 9pm and guests
enjoyed premium cocktails all night long. Ticket
prices ranged from $99-$150.
3. Lon’s at the Hermosa Inn: New Year’s Eve
Celebration, Dec. 31, 5pm-12am
For those who preferred to welcome the New Year
with luxury and fine dining, they headed on to Lon’s
at the Hermosa for a 3 or 5-course dinner, live
entertainment, and a champagne toast at midnight.
Still or sparkling wine was available for a fee. The 3-
course meal was $85 while the 5-course meal was
$125.
4. New Year’s Eve Dinner: ZuZu at Hotel
Valley Ho, Dec. 31, 6:30 pm and 9:30 pm
It was a retro-themed New Year celebration at ZuZu
with a 4-course dinner and champagne pairings and
1950s music playing in the background and a
midnight toast on the rooftop. Guests enjoyed music
from DJ Mr. P-Body in the lobby from 8pm to 2am.
Seating at 6:30pm was $120 while seating at 9:30pm
was $150.
5. Phoenix Symphony, Dec. 31, 4 pm and 7 pm
Guests started the year on a high note as one of the
most entertaining conductors, Stuart Chafetz
conducted the Phoenix Symphony in the Valley’s
famous New Year’s Eve celebration. This popular
musical celebration included seasonal classics as well
as contemporary favorites so guests were advised to
make sure to get their tickets early as they will surely
sell out fast! Tickets started at $33 for each
performance.
6. New Year’s Eve Celebration at The
Saguaro, Dec. 31, 9 pm – 2 am
At the heart of downtown Scottsdale, many celebrated
the start of 2015 with champagne and a countdown to
the confetti explosion at the Saguaro. A 3-hour open
bar with delicious hors d’oeuvres was open. AZ’s top
DJs DECiPHA, DJ Slippe, and Ken Mooso played amazing
music that kept guests dancing until the new year!
Tickets started at $105.
7. Chateâu de Versailles New Year’s Eve
Celebration at the W Scottsdale, Dec. 31, 8pm
Guests celebrated the New Year with elegance and
charm in the Château de Versailles version of W
Scottsdale. A whimsical ambiance with waitresses
dressed in French costumes served cocktails, an
aerialist swinging from the ceiling, and a human
fountain in the pool made New Year’s celebration a
great “French” experience.
Guests had their pictures taken in front of
the palace at the photobooth and danced
the year away to music all night long.
Tickets were at $75 for women and $100
for men.
8. Topgolf New Year’s Eve, Dec. 31, 9 pm – 1 am
Topgolf was the place to be on New Year’s eve
with the hottest hits of the year played by a live
DJ and specialty cocktails being served all night
long. Guests selected a general bay reservation
($75) with party favors, or a VIP reservation
($450) offering unlimited play, a bottle of
champagne, and a chef’s buffet.
