Exсited Spring time!!! Local elections, transition, unforgettable New Horizons conference. New projects, new problems. New members of course J Everything is going very fast and we even don’t have time to look around and take some rest. And, of course, it’s even more relevant for current EB. So I want o address my message to them.

One quarter till the end of our term. Everyone is a little bit exhausted after one year of constant running toward goals, challenges all around you can see, your teams and leaders problems… Some of us already think – “Ok, it was hard experience, not everything what I was trying to achieve was done in a right way. But of course next time I will do it better, with taking into consideration all my experience.”

Have good news for you. That time has come. Time when you have legendary opportunity to show your LC, your teammates, your AIESEC Country what you really learned during the most intensive part of your AIESEC XP.

You still can change a lot. You still can make unbelievable things in your LC. You still can make a difference.

Stay hungry. Stay foolish. Don’t you think that this is directly about our time now? I think so. It’s your choice to join.

New Horizons Collaboration, 4 circles, stories, marshmallow challenge, “I like it”… Things that can be understood only by 150 delegates of NEW HORIZONS 2012! From 4th till 7th April about 150 newbies and OCPs from all over Ukraine visited one of the biggest national conference, that was hosted by LC Lugansk. These 4 days turned out to be more than just a conference, but a journey to discover ourselves. The chair of the conference Vladimir Soukup or just Vladya (MC VP GIP IC AIESEC Russia 2011-12, Czech Republic) made the conference very deep, touching the most inner feelings of the delegates, each plenary sharing stories of his own life and his learning from them. He gave the delegates time to think of their life vision, their strengths and weaknesses, fails and victories… All the delegates were excited about the topic of the conference - Vkontakte offline. In fact we really can compare AIESEC conference with social network offline: it is all about communication, friends, people divided in groups by common interests, news, sharing, etc. So on New Horizons all walls were filled with demotivators, internet-mems and many delegates participated in comics competition! News wall with comments was also filled with impressions of the delegates! There were 2 tracks at the conference: Newbies and Leadership, but most of the time delegates were working altogether in project teams. There were 18 teams doing all kinds of projects (ICX, OGX, CICX and non-exchange) not competing with each other, but – COLLABORATING! I would like to congratulate the 17th team, which was the most opened, sharing and helping and thus became THE MOST CONTRIBUTING team of the conference! Of course it wouldn’t be possible without its team leader - Olya Arabchuk from Ivano-Frankivsk! The most surprising was the fact, that this team was doing a project – autumn New Horizons in Ivano-FrankivskJ I want to thank one more time to OC team, who were just unbelievable and thanks to their efforts the conference went so smoothly! And, of course, huge thanks go to facilitators, who were committed and united as never, trying so hard to make impact on delegates. The best faci award on newbies track received Nastya Pashenko (LC Simferopol) and on leadership track – Nastya Gutsol (LC Kyiv). Delegates’ proactivity was also awarded: the best delegate of newbies track became Alexander Vyblov (LC Ivano-Frankivsk) and on leadership track - Milana Bondarenko (LC Lugansk) All these things made the conference the brightest event of this spring and opened new horizons to 150 people!

Actually, my dear VPs COMM, you did great job during March! 1. We had 1417 AFs of Recruitment, and 420 members recruited! 2. OGX projects finished, and there were the most successful one in terms of AFs/EPra.

We had 362 AFs of Educate the World and 1201 AFs of Bright Young Trainer. And the most important is in EP results:

· Raised - 162 GCDP EPs and 19 GIP Educ already, · Matched – 31 GCDP EPs and 26 GIP EPs by 11th of April.

This means that at the moment there are more than 300 EPs available!!! 3. COMM campaign successfully finished and 8 LCs took active part in it!

Non-Corporate ICX Finally winter has finished! Warmth and sunlight

Hello, my dear Finance Makers! I hope you are all doing well enjoying your term as much as 1 year ago when you have just been elected. I would really like to congratulate you with the elections of your successors from all my heart! Now you have whom to pass all your

knowledge and experience to, but also you still have 1 quarter to show them how to work by your own example! As for me It’s a great honor to live these last 3 months together with you finishing our initiatives and plans. I really believe that we will

be totally rocking these 3 months! I would like to share with you an amazing experience I got. I has just came back from ER&Finance Summit which took place in Greece,

so I have a lot of interesting staff to tell you! Actually, Finance Summit was full of emotions, sharing and useful information. Although Ukraine has a lot of financial and legal issues,

we happened to be the country with the biggest amount of Good Case Practices in F&L! And this means that we are doing really great job together improving financial direction in our LCs and in the country! I’m looking forward to seeing you on SprinCo to tell you all the details of Summit and my personal emotions! But I already want to thank YOU, because you are the people who made me proud of Finance of Ukraine on international level! You are my biggest inspiration and the biggest power of direction because you have already managed to do unbelievable things!

OGX

The March in OGX direction has brought amazing progress: first of all this is raising results. It motivates a lot to see how effectively you involve your OCPs, team members and use time of the year, summer peak of raising. During March we raised 54 GCDP EPs and 23 GIP EPs (7 Educ, 12 Mngt, 4 Tech).

This means that at the moment there are more than 300 EPs available!!! Do you know what does it mean? Yes, M A T C H I NG. If we match them all, this means that each LC can have more than 20 realizations this quarter. Make sure that you

have enough resources to match them – time, people and control. The harder you match them now, the better results you are going to have.

Thanks to all OCPs which attended meeting on 31st of March – they were really inspired and ready to big achievements. Me and Lyubas just loved to spend that day with them!

I also congratulate all VPs with elections of successors – work together and enjoy collaboration!:)

Bright Young Trainer and Educate the World These two months – February and March – we had good development of OGX Projects.

1) First of all this is the number of OCPs: 18 EPs which means that 5 LCs had two OCPs – LV, MR, KH, KY, LU!

2) Second is that we had first national meeting of OGX OCPs ever – on 11th of February 2012 with special preparation for particular projects and online education further.

3) The third thing is that we have on average more than 4 members in the teams.

4) And the most important is in EP results: · raised - 162 GCDP EPs and 19 GIP Educ already, · matched – 31 GCDP EPs and 26 GIP EPs by 11th of April.

OCP Meeting for Bright Young Trainer and True Smiles On 31st of March we successfully held OCP Meeting for OGX Projects. There were 15 of us: OCPs from BD, SU, KY, LV, TR, IF, ZP, DP, DO, UZ, CV together with me and Lyubas. We discussed all the important topics for fresh OCPs –from planning and team management till matching and realizations in projects. Thanks to all the OCPs – for the open and active position. We had an amazing time for connection, sharing experience and preparation. Good luck to you guys, you can realize all your plans and dreams!:)
