Q-RAY™ have developed the optimum thermal management concept with optimum vertical fin spacing which work better as they follow the natural direction of the buoyant flow. This optimized design of heat exchange surface with the exterior ensures proper heat dissipation. Direct retrofit - the Q-RAY™ lanterns can directly replace existing installations without the need to change the pole height, spacing or arrangement, while meeting all required application standards. This approach ensures lowest capital cost for replacing existing conventional street lights.

Ease of maintenance - serviceable parts are easily accessed in one simple step making normal maintenance procedure a breeze. This approach ensures maintenance efforts and cost of ownership are further minimized.

DESIGN CONCEPT

Fixture is made of rugged metal, with integrated & weatherproof electronic built-in. Solid mounting & interlocking system is used to replace existing lantern without any re-engineering work required.

Combined with its elegant, slim and futuristic design, this is one lantern which definitely deserves a second glance. In addition to that, Q-RAY™ advanced thermal management system design ensures proper heat dissipation.

Modular design accommodates different lighting requirements. The most commonly asked for versions include the 100W, 150W, 250W and 400W HPSV replacement, Q-RAY™ LED street light addressed these models. All these models come with either warm white light, or neutral moonlight. Besides the modular design, it is equipped with high power factor technology which provides better energy savings than most LED street lights available in the market. For any LED products to give optimal energy-savings, it is essential that all power devices within the LED-based products are efficient. With higher power factor and 90% driver efficiency, Q-RAY™ LED street light gives optimum power savings. This explained in the following scenarios:

Q-RAY™ LED street light is suitable for outdoor applications such as highway lighting, urban lighting, residential area, car park, compound lighting and general illuminations. Q-RAY™ LED street lighting offer two different photometric design to facilitate various applications.

StreetLED S250/S400 Series are designed with a better lighting performance to reach required levels while complying with international standards and StreetLED S100/S150 Series are designed to maximize the energy savings. This flexibility allows for use in any street lighting and compound lighting application.

APPLICATIONS

REMOTE MANAGEMENT FOR MAXIMUM CONTROL AND MOTION DETECTION (OPTIONAL)

Q-RAY™ LED street lighting also can include the remote management system. This open-source bidirectional communication system is based on the principle of radio frequency (ZigBee protocol). A motion and presence detection system can be an additional effective tool for more rationalized use of energy.
