Z - Piles Z-Type sheet piles are mainly used for permanent
shoring solutions, where high strength and large
quantities are required. Their advantages are:
Can be supplied and installed in double piles,
allowing for faster installation,
Availability of sections with high section modulus,
Continuous webs as well as having the interlocks
on either side of the neutral axis allow for
optimized section modulus,
Improved section modulus to mass ratio,
Increased moment of inertia, lowering the
deflection.

Omega Piles Have higher stiffness compared to U-type sheet
piles, as the interlocks are at the outermost part of
the sheet piles, as far away from the neutral axis as
possible,
Suitable for locations where space is restricted, as
sheet piles are installed along the same line,
Can be produced in wider sections than the U-type
sheet piles,
 Light weight and cost effective,
Sizes available: from 4-16 mm thick, 600-1,600 mm
wide, and section modulus from 260-4,600 cm3/m,
Can be produced as per customer’s own design.

Hot Rolled Straight Web Straight Web sheet piles are perfect for use in
situations where rock layers are close to ground
level, the excavation depth is of particular
importance, and where anchoring would be difficult
or even impossible.
Extremely high tensile at their interlocking
sections, up to 5.88 MN per linear metre,
Best suited for use in cellular-type structures,
such as quay walls, manmade island seawalls,
cofferdams, and other similar project,
Deviation angle (interlock swing) up to 12.5°,
Can be supplied in lengths up to 38.0 metres.

Trench shoring safety systems
Safety guardrail
Aluminium Adjustable Clamping Guardrails provide sites with much needed physical barricades to prevent workers falling into open trenches and excavations.
 With adjustable clamping foot
 Available in lengths: 3,0 m, 3,5 m, 4,0 m
 Modular in design and construction
Easy storage and stacking on site and whilst in transport.
Mesh Barriers 1000 mm
Mesh Barriers are an ideal product for construction sites requiring practical solutions to manage the risks of injury to personnel from dropped objects when working within open ground excavations.
 Mesh panels: 1m x 1m
 Low weight: 9 kg
 Robust in construction
 Fast assembly
Shoring Platform with safety swing gate
The Shoring Platform and Telescopic Walkway provide multiple users with a safe means of access and egress to and from the ground excavation and allowing users a safe 3-points of contact at all times.
non slip grid mesh floor construction self closing gate
 built-in ladder support bracket
26
Material: non-breakable PE
Dimensions: 200 cm x 100 cm x 2,5 cm
Weight: 40,5 kg / panel
Surface:
pressure load: approx. 130t / m2 (depending on subsoil)
Transport: 590 MRS - medium panels per truck
MRS - medium
Features
The MRS - medium panels are heavy-duty mats which can withtand even the highest loads (130 t) and can be laid manually. The newly designed profile with standardized ruts is suitable for driving over with a pallet truck or wheelbarrow.
For use on smaller construction sites, up to the heavy load use of tracked vehicles and heavy construction machinery. It offers application possibilities for event, construction and communal infrastructure. Two people lay without additional aids up to 60 MRS - medium panels per hour.
Logistics
MRS - medium panels are the optimalsolution for almost any project. Dimensions and weight are adjusted so that the panels can be loaded onto any European truck. The cost savings already starts during the transport.
590 MRS medium panels correspond to an area of 1.180 m2 which can be transported on one truck.
Mobile Road System
Our Mobile Road System ground protection tiles are avalible in
two different categories. They are used to to protect the ground
by building temporary access roads or parking lots.
They serve to protect or secure the subsoil and, above all,
prevent it from getting stuck in mud or snow and guarantee the
safe movement of man and machine off-road.
Unsightly ruts, plaster abrasion and other damages of the
ground are avoided thereby. Furthermore, they offer a high
flexibility, e.g. for the hassle-free crossing of obstacles or curbs.
Material: high-density PE (UHMW)
Dimensions: 300 cm x 200 cm x 4,7 cm
Weight: 235 kg / panel
Surface:
pressure load:approx. 160 t / m2 (12 tons wheel load, depending on subsoil)
Transport: 90 MRS - heavy panels per truck
27
MRS - heavy
Features
The MRS - heavy soil protection plates are screwed together. The result is a fixed, both in length and width, driveway or working plat- form. The load-bearing capacity of the ground is optimized consi- derably. The panels are designed for particularly heavy loads and vehicles.
Temporary access roads to the construction site
Crane and assembly platforms (e.g. wind energy)
 In power line construction etc.
Logistics
MRS - heavy panels are easierto transport than most alternative road panels for temporary use. Therefore, multiple mats can be loaded on trucks or in containers, which reduces transportation costs.
90 MRS - heavy panels corres- pond to an area of 540 m2 which can be transported on one truck.

Steelforce can offer tie rods from 20 mm to 200 mm in diameter, with steel grade ranging between 355 and 1,100 MPa
Tie rods can also be supplied in the exact length required. Different accessories such as turn buckle, link plates,
bearing plates, and spherical nuts can be added to increase the length and improve the tie rods performance,
allowing for one dimensional articulation or full articulation based on design requirements. Corrosion protection can
be provided as per the customer’s specifications.
Tie Rods & Anchor Bars
SOLID STEEL BARS Tie Rods are anchoring systems that are often used to
provide additional support as part of a marine shoring
structure, such as sheet pile walls,
Steelforce can supply solid bar anchors with forged upset
ends, allowing threads to be increased in size with a
slight increase in weight. Increasing the thread diameter
minimizes the bending stresses to the threaded portion,
ensuring the shaft is the weakest part.

ADD-ON VIBRATORS Hydraulic add-on vibrators are mounted on the arm of a hydraulic
excavator instead of the bucket and are connected to the hydraulic
system for driving and extracting trench sheets, sheet piles, H-piles or
steel pipes up to a length of 7m (depending on the arm configuration).
Very compact design and low point of gravity,
Excellent performance due to large static moment and push-down
with the excavator,
Very little impact to nearby structures due to high-frequency (city
vibrators),
Simple handling of piles with lifting chain,
Very economical as no separate power pack is required,
The piling length can be extended up to 8m or 10m with excavators
having a long boom and stick, or when using a gooseneck.

The variable moment hammers can be adapted to varying soil conditions, making
them very versatile. Due to their high frequency, variable eccentric moment and
amplitude, they can adapt to every driving and extracting situation with minimal
vibration.
