in the first day of working, normally you will be introduced to
your department manager, working colleagues andsecretary. remember all of their names and contacts as theywill be the most important persons during your stay inHuawei
During this phase, you will be welcomed by your departmentmanager and get introduce to your mentor. Get your mentor todiscuss with you about your study plans and the studyoutcomes on each plan. Get to know your main job descriptions& responsibilities and your expectations from your manager and
mentor.

The product line training will be the last stage in your PhaseII C-training. In this training you will need to undergo anintensive training either in APTC or HQ. Either way, you willbe concentrated on your specific product line training, keepin mind to understand all the key points in your training
