New Salary Transfer

How to fill and print our new salary transfer form:

1. Customer has to use the internet and visit ABK website :

a. https://abk.eahli.com

b. In the top right of the page choose WHOLESALE

c. On the bottom of the page choose Corporate

a. In the left side of the page choose Salary Transfer Form

Customer have to fill the sheet by adding all requested information and after that click “Add Record” for each record/staff.

This sheet will replace the excel sheet which the customer used to fill it previously in CD’s

2. When submitted, CAPTCHA code should entered for security purposes (to prevent spamming).

3. Upon submission, an Excel file is generated in the background as per RPA format and saved into RPA assigned folder (to be picked- up by RPA for further processing).

4. User will be redirected to the QR Code form, submitting all the following data (to be printed, signed

and submitted):

All the below information's will be automatically filled in the QR code form:

Company Account Number Company Name Total Record Count Total Amount Hash Total File Name (refers to the Excel file generated in the background)

To print the letter you have to:

1. Add the MOSAL number (optional).

2. Choose the month and year for salary.

3. View Terms and Conditions (in blue).

4. Check the box only after reading the terms & conditions

5. Print the salary letter

To resubmit the salary file again follow the steps below:

1. The Get Posted Salary Records button is added to retrieve previously posted employee salary

records.

2. For security reason and to avoid spamming, the following values have to be provided (to be validated) before posted salary records can be retrieved:

1. Salary Filename.

2. Account Number.

3. Hash Total.

4. CAPTCHA code (for spam prevention purposes).

Retrieved records can be edited/deleted and a new records can be added also.
