New PCR concept was born when precision molding technology met film bonding know-how. Rapi:chip™ was developed from the understanding of challenges in routine PCR tasks. PCR duration could be dramatically reduced when efficient heat transfer is made during thermal cycling process. By designing unique 3-dimensional polymer chip of which bottom surface is made of thin film and precisely bonded with polymer body, ultra-fast thermal cycling became possible. As a certified manufacturer, Genesystem is manufacturing all Rapi:chip™ line of products in accordance with GMP standard. Options are available for both thermal cycling and real-time PCR analysis. Rapi:chip™ is supplied in two formats. Standard version of chip has 10 wells and top of each well is open for real-time fluorescence measurement. Rapi:chip/16™ is new version of product which can accommodate 16 samples in it and is ideal for amplification of more number of samples at a time. This version of product has no capability for analysis of fluorescence signal. Design is optimized for reducing the time for gene amplification. Sample is loaded in flat and wide chamber so that heat is efficiently delivered to the sample. Well volume is 10μl only, which helps fast heating and cooling. Seal entire holes using enclosed

sealing tape. Scrub the surface of sealed

area to secure sealing.

Place pipette tip into the inlet hole

of Rapi:chip™ and dispense

whole volume of aspirated sample.
