Big-time Dallas real-estate developer, RepublicProperty Group, has publicly announced a new
building partner, Scott Felder Homes whichwill create around 127 single family homes inthe Legacy West Development. It has been a
few months since Scott Felder Homes hasstarted working on this project.
Over the course of 47 years, Republic PropertyGroup has had an extensive history in
developing real estate projects, attaining over7 billion in revenue from a wide array of
projects. In addition to this, RPG hasexperience in many phases of the real estate
or development process from analysis toplanning, and property management.
The company has been responsible for notableTexas developments, including Stonebridge Ranch
in McKinney, Lantana, north of Flower Mound,Phillips Creek Ranch in Frisco, and Light Farms in
Celina. In terms of the Dallas area, RepublicProperty Group is known for the advanced
development in Lake Forest.
The huge real-estate developer has exploredvarious areas in the Texas, along with other
states to holistically understand the needs ofboth potential homeowners in the area in
relation to the market changes.
In terms of the new development’s location, it is situatedjust north of Legacy Drive across from the newly
designed JP Morgan Chase’s corporate campus. Thiswould be an ideal spot for any of Chase’s employees that
wish to live conveniently near their brand new officespace. In addition to JP Morgan Chase’s headquarters
located in the area, the Legacy West Development is alsohome to Toyota and FedEx business centers.
Plano has also just recently approved more than 100luxury homes to be built between J.C. Penney
headquarters and the 127 single family home project inthe Legacy West Development. More than home
construction on the 12.2 acre lot, this luxury urbandevelopment will also consist of shops, restaurants and
offices, creating a convenient community in whichresidents can effortlessly move from different areas in
their lives.
One interesting addition in this new luxuryhome community is the fact that these luxury
houses will surround a central green path,connecting the development with a nature
backdrop. This Legacy West project currentlyhas partners, including J.C.Penney, Karahan
Cos., KDC and Columbus Realty.
