May 6, 2014 Good day! I hope that this letter find you in a good health. I am years old, resident of Urgello St., Cebu City and account holder of Smartbro Wimax account number: I am making a request for the termination of the internet service that I am currently subscribed to, due to poor internet services. The first internet connection we had in SmartBro was the canope type, but due to poor signal in our location, the technician suggested to shift it to SmartBro Wimax, so we did. Unfortunately, we still experienced bad internet connection which is slow, intermittent and several times no internet connection at all. Everyday we experienced 2-3 hours of intermittent or no internet connection. We usually call the Smartbro customer service whenever we experienced more than 5 hours of intermittent/no internet connection. For the last two months, we called the customer service for how many times because of the said problem. Here are some of the report numbers: 516105557, 516578758, 517068899, 518255814, 520132581, 525526611 which proves that for so many times we reported the same problem and still no concrete solution were given. On May 1, 2014, we reported to the customer service that we experienced whole day of no internet connection. The agent said that he already sent a report to the technical support team and told us to just monitor the internet connection for 24hrs and wait for the response from the technical support. On May 2, 2014 in the afternoon we called again for the updates, but sad to hear the agent said that there was no remarks yet from the technical support. He then told us to just monitor again the connection and wait for a call from the technical support. On May 3, 2014 at 11:03am, we called again the customer service for the updates and reported that we have not receive any call from their end and still no internet connection. The agent said that he will be calling the technical support and after a few minutes he said that he already talked to them and assured that within the day we will receive a call from the technical support but again no call was received. And until today May 6, 2014 still we don’t have internet connection, no solutions to our problem has been made from your office and this is too much inconvenience in our part.
