Publishers with the rights to the song "Zimba Ku," best known as performed by 70s funk group Black Heat, sue over the alleged unauthorized use of a drum break on the Jessie J song "Price Tag." Publishers are suing for copyright infringement of the musical composition. They allege that the rights were transferred by the original songwriter, Lenny Goldsmith.
