When Employees are created as customers in ECC, they need to be sent via the interface
to CRM. Applied a custom user exit (function module) to create customers as employees
in CRM. The user exit is triggered every time a customer is sent from ECC to CRM viaBDOCs from BAPI BAPI_CUSTOMER_SAVE.
CRM 2007: BSP view changes to default English as the default language in customer
create screens in CRM Web UI.
SAP BI/BW & CRM 2007 Interface: Developed two custom Data Sources for BW in
RSO2 transaction. Developed 2 related function modules (BI extractors) that extract data
from SAP ECC and pass the data to CRM. First module extracts Sales Orders,
Opportunities, and Leads; Second Funct. Module extracts Business Partners (BP’s), theiruser ID’s, Assigned Accounts, and Employees Responsible.
CRM 2007: Developed several custom function modules that are triggered during
creation of an Account. The custom module trigger is inserted in the list of the modules
called during data save. The data is passed to the custom module, which dynamicallycreates an ABAP variant and submits another ABAP program in background. The
submitted program updates Corporate Account by adding an additional Sales Area to the
Sales Area Data via BAPI.

(total 10 interfaces). Outbound: Outbound Delivery, PO, STO, Inbound Delivery,
Customer Return; Inbound: RMA, PO, Packing, Picking, Goods Movement (4movements); Outbound interface is triggered real-time during delivery creation in the
user exit MV50AFZ1 form userexit_save_document; while inbound is processed near
real-time via a 2-minute batch job. BAPI’s, function modules, and CALLTRANSACTION methods used (FM WS_DELIVERY_UPDATE,

Created a custom program for mass update of billing documents/invoices. The program
was required after the pricing procedure was updated and invoice subtotals and net valuefields became incorrect. The program is an ALV report that allows update of SAP

Developed another notification program that read CATSDB records and sends reminders
to employees to enter their time. The program is scheduled to run in the background and
