You can access MetLife’s new website at www.MetLifeExpat.com

On the new website you can:

file insurance claims.

view claim reimbursements.

search for medical service providers.

print copies of your insurance card.

The following slides provide a guide for creating your Metlife User ID.

1: Create your Metlife User ID

1. Access the MetLife website at www.MetlifeExpat.com . Select the “A Member” option and click on the Login button.

2: Select the “New User Registration” option.

3: Type in your Policy Number (0000003108) and Certificate Number. You can find this information onyour MetLife card. Then click on “Submit.”

4. Once you have clicked on “Submit,” the system will send you an email. Log in to your email account and click on the link in the email. This is a safety mechanism. The email you will receive will look like this:

5. The link will take you to this screen. Type in therequired information and click on “Submit.”

6. The new screen will show you the information that is already in thesystem and will ask you to fill in the required fields.

You will be asked to provide personal information as well as preferences for language and time format.

You will also be asked to select five security questions. Lastly, click on “Login to eBenefits.” The system will take you to theeBenefits screen.

7. This is the eBenefits screen where you can file insurance claims, view claim reimbursements, searchfor providers, or print your insurance card.

Once you have completed your User ID registration, you can manage your claims online
