In this connection weremind you to send bio-data form which was sent withJanuary bills to all our members for submitting their changeof address with phone nos. if any to the Club Office, otherwisepublishing will be undertaken with the information availablewith the Club Office.

2) The Extraordinary General Meeting held on 23rd Feb.2013is adjourned after transacting some portion of business, to2nd March.2013 at 5.00 PM. All permanent members arerequested to attend the meeting.

3) Lawn afternoon services will remain closed from 28.02.2013.Members are requested to avail the same services in 1883.

4) From now on the payment of Chamber bills at the time ofcheck out is through Credit/Cash Card. Cash Card will beissued by the Club while guest checks in and the same canbe loaded with required amount to settle the bills.

Sham – E – Ghazal ( an evening of Ghazals in Hindi &Urdu) was held on 24.02.2013 at Lawns the members.The program was headed by the EntertainmentCommittee with our member Manav Moradaproviding hands on management.

The Club created an atmosphere suitable for theNawabs with mattresses round pillows and themembers could sit under the stars with a mild weatheradding to the pleasure.

The soft and precise voice of Poorva Guru Sharma &Party (Hyderabad) doubled the enjoyment as she andher team carried the audience to another worlddominated by ironic and love filled lyrics and melodywas the king. Ghazals tweaked different memories fordifferent members.

The event also gave a platform to our talentedmembers blessed with musical voices to belt out theHindi melodies.
