AAA Staffing has partnered with apartment communities and property management companies to provide

temporary, temporary to permanent placement, and permanent placement services throughout the United States.

This presentation will outline information you will need for your work assignments.

Payroll Support

Before starting your first assignment, you will receive instructions on how to access and complete

the online application.

If you cannot complete the online application, we can fax you an application to the property

where you will be working.

All paperwork must be submitted to AAA Staffing within 24 hours of starting your

first assignment. Without completed information, we will not be able to set you up

in our payroll system.

It is important to AAA Staffing and our clients that

you report to work locations on the days and times

that your are scheduled. If you find that you are

running late to an assignment, need to leave an

assignment early, are sick, or have an emergency,

call AAA Staffing at 281-584-0830 or toll free

at 1-877-866-0830 immediately so we can notify

the property. We have a 24 hour a day/7 day a week

answering service to take your call.

Business casual attire is required when working in the

office. Business casual allows you to have a professional

image while wearing more casual, relaxed clothing.

Examples: slacks or khaki pants, dress shirt or blouse,

open-collar or polo type shirt, optional tie or seasonal

sports coat, dress with sleeves, skirt, knit shirt or

sweater and loafers or closed toed dress shoes. If a

property has a specific dress code such as uniforms, they

will let you know.

• Wear a work appropriate t-shirt (with no logos or graphics), polo type shirt, or

open collar shirt. Housekeepers can wear a shirt or smock.

• Your shirt must be tucked in while you are at work.

• Wear nice jeans (no rips or holes),

work khakis or work pants.

• For safety reasons, if you have long

hair, please pull your hair back and

wear a cap (with no logos or

graphics).

• Wear closed toed shoes or work

shoes (ex. steel toed shoes).

Appropriate grooming and hygiene of our staff members is important in the

workplace when representing our clients and AAA Staffing.

Every employee is expected to practice daily hygiene and good grooming habits:

• Hair should be clean, combed and neatly trimmed/arranged. Sideburns,

mustaches and beards should be neatly trimmed. Non-traditional hair colors

are not permitted.

• Make-up must be professional and conservative.

• Hands and nails should be clean and conservatively manicured.

• Wear jewelry in moderation. When job duties present any type of safety risk,

do not wear jewelry. No visible body or jewelry piercings may be worn while in

the workplace.



• No visible tattoos or other body art (ex. surgically implanted ball bearings, spikes,

nose piercings, etc.) are permitted during the work day. Tattoos must be covered in

the workplace.

• Some employees and visitors to the property may be sensitive or allergic to fragrances

including, but not limited to, perfumes, colognes, fragrant body lotions or hair

products. Please use in moderation out of concern for others in the workplace.



• We will send you a timesheet to the property

where you are assigned to work. If you are

working at multiple properties, you will have a

separate time sheet for each property.

• You must record your time worked daily. At the

end of each week, you are responsible for having

the manager approve and sign your time sheet. It

is also your responsibility to submit your time

sheet(s) to the AAA Staffing office.

Time sheets are due at the AAA office by the end of the

work day each Friday, unless you work at a property over a

weekend.

Remember to have an authorized property representative

approve and sign a time sheet for each property where you

have worked during the pay period.

Our payroll closes at noon each Tuesday. Approved

timesheets received in our office after that time will not be

paid until the next Friday.

AAA Staffing’s payroll work week starts each

Monday and ends the following Sunday.

If you start working on a Monday, you will

receive your first pay check on Friday of the

next week.

Please speak with your recruiter to confirm

when you will receive your first check.

Your Work Week


AAA Staffing will directly deposit your pay for the pay

period into the your account. We do not issue or mail

payroll checks; direct deposit is the most timely and

efficient way to provide payroll to our employees.

You will complete a direct deposit form as part of your

employment application that will direct your pay to any

bank account you designate with an account number and

a routing number.

• Most major banks will post direct deposits into your account early on Friday morning.

Some credit unions and loadable debit cards may be slower to post the deposit. AAA

uploads all direct deposits at the same time every Thursday.

• We have no control of when your funds are available. If you have an question about when

funds will be available in your account, please contact your bank, credit union or debit card

carrier.

Your Pay | Direct Deposit


• The majority of our property assignments are on a week-to-week basis, unless we provide

you with different information.

• Please remember that these are temporary assignments and clients can cancel at any time,

for any reason.

• When your assignment ends, please call us the next business day. We will mark you as

available and will work to find you another assignment as soon as possible.
