Note: Always ensure any linked clients have been unlinked from a portfolio before removing it.

You can also use the Page view options (bottom left of the portfolio list) to locate the portfolios

3 Use the search bar to locate your portfolio.

4 Click the Select radio button and then click the View option below to view the portfolio.

Note: To link an account to a portfolio it must be unlinked from any other portfolio.

5 The number of linked clients will be displayed.

6 Select Work with linked plans to view and unlink accounts that are currently linked to the portfolio.

7 To link an account to a portfolio it must be unlinked from any other portfolio. To link the policy/polices to a portfolio select Work with unlinked plans.

8 Tick the Unlink boxes next to any accounts you wish to unlink from the portfolio.

9 Click the Unlink option.

To link the policy/polices to another portfolio, use the same process and select Work with unlinked plans on the Portfolio Summary screen.

10 Tick the boxes next to the account(s) you wish to link to the portfolio.

11 Click either Link and switch plans to link the account(s) and begin the process of switching the account(s) into the portfolio, or Link without switching to link the account(s) to the portfolio only.

Note: Selecting Link without switching will not switch the account(s) into the portfolio.
