CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS PNG Human Rights Film Festival 2018 The 9 th PNG Human Rights Film Festival (PNGHRFF) is inviting film makers to enter films into this annual not-for-profit event which promotes human rights in Papua New Guinea (PNG). As the only major film festival in the country, the festival offers local and international filmmakers the opportunity to showcase their feature films, shorts and documentaries to thousands of people over two months in four locations around PNG at no cost. This year the festival’s theme is “Tokaut nau long senisim tumora: Speak up today to change tomorrow!For the opportunity to screen your film on critical human rights issues affecting PNG and push public discourse and consciousness on human rights, submit your application below. Festival details: 28 September – 31 October 2018 Tours four regions incl. The 9th PNG Human Rights Film Festival (PNGHRFF) is inviting film makers to enter films into this annual not-for-profit event which promotes human rights in Papua New Guinea (PNG). As the only major film festival in the country, the festival offers local and international filmmakers the opportunity to showcase their feature films, shorts and documentaries to thousands of people over two months in four locations around PNG at no cost.
