To create the Pending IEP – select the student from the student list and change the status from Active to Pending.

When a Pending IEP exists, Active forms can not be edited.

When a Pending IEP exists, select the student from the Pending Status List and complete the Pending IEP Forms.

When you are ready to begin delivery of services on the Pending IEP – change the student’s status to Active. Prior Active IEP forms will automatically be archived in iKeep and Pending IEP forms will become Active.
