The Protect-All Rapid Weld Kit contains the necessary items to install Protect-All® flooring. The durable protective case also makes it easy to transport and store.

2 Protect-All Rapid Weld Gun Gun Part # 865025

The Protect-All Rapid Weld Gun dispenses a 490-milliliter (ml) cartridge of Protect-All Rapid Weld quickly and easily. Powered by a 16 volt, nickel–metal hydride (NiMH) rechargeable bat-tery, it eliminates the need for messy extension cords.

3 Floor Seam Finishing Tool Part # 865041

The Floor Seam Finishing Tool helps to level the uncured weld between Protect-All flooring sheets for a smooth, seamless finish.

4 Radius Finishing Tool Part # 865040

With its unique, angled design, the Radius Finishing Tool helps to level the uncured weld around the Protect-All flooring base.

5 Battery Charger Part # 865027

The Battery Charger is an essential component for maintaining power to the Protect-All Rapid Weld Gun. Store the re-chargeable battery in the Battery Charger when the Protect-All Rapid Weld Gun is not in use.

6 Replacement Battery Part # 865026

The Protect-All Rapid Weld Gun requires a 16 volt, nickel–metal hydride battery (NiMH). The replacement battery will keep the job on track if the original battery needs time to recharge or is misplaced.

7 Rapid Mixing Nozzle 10-pack (not included)

Part # 865030

The Rapid Mixing Nozzle attaches to the Protect-All Rapid Weld cartridge and disburses the desired color of Protect-All Rapid Weld from the cartridge. It is necessary to replace the Mixing Nozzle if it is unused after five minutes.

The Protect-All Rapid Weld Cartridge holds 490 milliliters (ml) of Protect-All Rapid Weld, which has a cure time of approximately 10 minutes. Available in Dark Gray, Light Gray, Brown, Terra Cotta, Black and Blue.

Sold individually or in a 10-count box, the Protect-All Rapid Weld Cartridge covers ap-proximately 60 to 80 linear feet of floor seams and 80 to 100 linear feet of base welds. It has a shelf life of one year, when stored between 55 and 75 degrees Fahrenheit. Do not allow it to freeze.
