Writing Your Goals

A very wise man once said, An unwritten Goal is no Goal at all. Since it is so easy to lose sight of a Goal that is unwritten, writing down each goal and keeping it where you can see it daily is always the best course to follow.

To make sure your written Goals are S.M.A.R.T., you may want to use the following framework. Just fill in the blanks: GOAL:TO (do what?) SO THAT (what will happen?) BY (deadline date).

Writing Your GoalsExample: To earn $ 20,000.00 so that I will have money to buy a new car by Christmas 2013.TIPS * It is helpful to share your goals with someone who will support your efforts. (Upline/Team mate) * Support your own efforts with Affirmations (positive statements of what you are becoming)* Consider using Visualizations to trigger a positive effort toward your Goals. Remember . . . A picture is worth a thousand words!

What is working for you will work for your distributors.You must be ready and willing to help as needed, especially in that critical first couple of weeks. Some of your distributors will need little or no help. Others may need encouragement, some direction and assistance.
