The special food LED highlights fresh products’ best qualities (meat, fish, fruit / vegetables and bakery) and protects them against heat load.

What’s more, it does not damage the product and reduces the chance of bacteria.It also offers attractive product presentation to generate sales and increase customer traffic.

Meat and processed meat: reduces deterioration of cutting areas. Improves reds.

Fish and seafood: scales look fresh as if straight from the sea/river. It improves blues.

Bakery: reduces the risk of deterioration due to the product’s dairy components.Makes golden and yellow tones more attractive.

With its pure shapes, pared-down sizes and wide variety of finishes, the INFINITY light fitting design encompasses light into architecture.

This architectural lightingsystem incorporates the latest LED technology produced by European

manufacturers using the Zhaga protocol to find the very best solution.

INFINITY offers you flush,surface and pendant solutions. They can be used for any type of continuous or individual installation (vertical, horizontal or a combination of the two).

Furthermore, in horizontal installations using pendant versions, this means we can use

direct and indirect lighting in the same fitting.

In addition, you can decide to use these standard models or, if you prefer, a custom-built configuration(InfinitySystem)usingaconfigurator.

Its main concept is creatingseamless continuous light.

GENERALNexia Iluminación, S.L. reserves the right to make small variations and improvements to their models without prior warning. We are not responsible for any problems derived from possible misprints regarding photos, weights, measurements and information appearing in the catalogue.

PRICESThis rate cancels out any previous pricing.

WARRANTIES AND COMPLAINTSComplaints regarding the quantity and/or quality of goods will not be accepted more than 8 days after goods have been received.

Nexia Iluminación SL. guarantees that its manufactured products will work correctly. This warranty covers repair and/or repositioning (according to manufacturer’s decision) for light fittings against all manufacturing defects for 2 years except for LED products that have a 3 year warranty (ref. 01181), 4 years for LED modules and 5 years for the COB LED.

Should a certain model experience problems and the same model is no longer available, due to product tech-nology constantly changing, the manufacturer shall replace it with the most similar model available in terms of both aesthetics and service provision.

This warranty does not cover:

• A product that was installed without following the installation instructions, abiding by the volumes and protec-tion distances given in the data sheets.• A product handled by unauthorised personnel.• If equipment ventilation has been covered or fans have been blocked during installation; if excess dust suspen-ded in the atmosphere (very intense) has blocked the cooling.• Non compliance with LVD in the installation or breakdowns caused by electrical discharge due to a current or voltage higher than specified in the IEC 61000-4 standard • Parts subject to wear, lamps, batteries, etc. (LED modules and fans are excluded from this point) • Costs that might be derived from the presumed manufacturing defect, labour costs, assembly / disassembly of products, required mechanical equipment or penalties derived from faulty light fittings.• Default in all or part of payment by the customer.

DESTINATION OF GOODSThe customer’s usual warehouses are considered to be the destination of the goods. Any destination for goods other than the customer warehouse should be previously agreed with us and in any case, the customer should assume any possible price difference derived from the change in destination.

TRANSPORTThroughout the mainland and for orders over 300 Euro net, shipping will be charged to Nexia Iluminación, S.L., performed by our regular transport.

In the event that transport is designated by the purchaser, this transport will be charged to them even when the order is over the stipulated amount.

Goods always travel at the purchaser’s own risk, even in the event that shipping is paid by Nexia Iluminación, S.L., consequently, in the event of breakages during transport, the customer should make the appropriate claim to the transport agency within the deadline stipulated by the company.

RETURNSReturns will not be accepted on goods beyond 30 days after the invoice date. All returns should be previously authorised by Nexia Iluminación. S.L., and will not be accepted if their corresponding authorisation number is not attached.Returns should be made with shipping pre-paid, except for returns caused by quality defects or errors that can be attributed to Nexia Iluminación, S.L. When the goods are in our possession and depending on their condition, we will set the depreciation to be applied: at least 10% in terms of checking, change of packaging and repair to restore to sales conditions.

JURISDICTIONIn the event of a dispute, the purchaser and our company will be expressly submitted to the jurisdiction and authority of the Barcelona Courts.
