HISTORY LESSONThe history of baseball in San Diego and the Padres is now showcased throughout Petco Park. Beginning with the relocation of the retired player numbers to the Home Plate Plaza, fans can now take pictures and relive the magical moments displayed by those who wore the retired numbers.

Along the Toyota Terrace Level, fans can learn about the early history of baseball in San Diego through the Pacific Coast League era along with the early San Diego Padres.

Retired players and their numbers can now be found on the Padres Ring of Honor behind home plate on the Toyota Terrace Level.

Coming soon! The Padres Hall of Fame will open in July 2016 prior to the All-Star Game.

The centerpiece of the Petco Park updates is a new two-level social space and bar featuring over 50 different tap handles of local San Diego craft beer. The Craft Pier presented by Ballast Point and Sun Diego Beach in right-center field are inspired by San Diego’s beach lifestyle.

Fans sitting directly behind home plate in the Lexus Home Plate Club will now enjoy new plush seats and a new floor surface.
