Ce este neuromarketingul?

Noi ca oamenii credem ca suntem fiinte rationale, dar stiinta ne arata ca noi facem multe lucruri in mod irational. Tversky si Kahneman au demonstrat ca noi luam decizii si judecam in mod irational in majoritatea timpului. Modul in care luam decizii poate fi influentat de multe tehnici de NLP, psihologie si persuasiune!


Ce este neuromarketingul? - pe scurt stiinta care afla ce ii determina pe oameni sa dea click. Daca intelegi ce ii determina pe oameni sa ia o decizie si cum iau decizii vei avea sanse mai mari sa vinzi in online!


1. Declansatori de cumparare

Ce preferi un cupon de reduceri de 20 lei azi sau un cupon cu reducere de 60 lei peste 1 an? Discountul hiperbolic este prezent atunci cand oamenii au de ales intre 2 variante una imediata si una in viitor. Multi prefera o recompensa imediata! Prejudecata cognitiva poate fi utilizata pentru a motiva userii sa faca o actiune imediata si sa converteasca!


Cum poti folosi aceasta tehnica? - " Program de referinte" - daca ai o campanie in desfasurare poti oferii reduceri daca userul tau te recomanda unui prieten care va cumpara.


2. Ancorarea

Ancorarea este tendinta oameniilor de a se ghida dupa prima informatia care le iasa in cale si sa o foloseasca pentru a lua decizii. De indata ce ancora a fost setata, toate deciziile sunt influentate de aceasta, chiar daca au sens sau nu.


3. Suport de alegeri

Aceasta tendinta de a creea prejudecati ne influenteaza deciziile de a cumpara. Este tendinta noastra de a atribuii o perspectiva pozitiva la toate deciziile noastre.Spre exemplu vrem sa cumparam un produs si mai apoi aflam ca , concurenta noastra vinde acelasi produs pe mai putin si cautam motive pentru care produsul nostru e mai bun.

4. Consens fals

Prejudecata consensului fals se refera la tendinta oameniilor de a supraestima nivelul in care ne impratasim credintele, gandurile, deciziile. Tindem sa credem ca obiceiurile noastre si credintele noastre sunt mai comune decat sunt pentru ca petrecem timp cu persoane similare ca noi. Intreaba-te de ce ai ales acest design la pagina/ cum reactionezi cand oamenii spun ceva negativ despre tine.


5. Evitarea pierderilor

Stiai ca peste 75% din noi prefera sa nu piarda 10 lei decat sa castige 10 lei? Oamenii au tendinta sa evite pierderiile. Spre exemplu in marketing poti utiliza acest principiu in urmatorul fel " ultima ocazie de a beneficia de X" .
