Network FOB, Inc. has teamed up with uFollowit, to bring you a smartphone application that will help Drivers and Carriers with freight delivery details. Drivers that utilize the Smartphone app will be able to submit their trip paperwork within minutes of delivery and GET PAID FASTER!

Think about it, you get tracking, POD delivery is instantaneous and payment can be initiated without the carrier even sending and invoice. We are building links which will work for smart phones to our payable module on the web as well. Network FOB agents will get instant notification and a copy of the POD to verify the acceptability of the document. They will be able to invoice and get commissions even faster- which we are already the fastest, since our agents pay themselves daily.

Drivers that utilize the Smartphone app will be able to submit their trip paperwork within

Driver will receive a TEXT
message with load details from
Network FOB…
If new to the process, Driver will receive a second TEXT
message with link on how to load uFollowit from
iTunes or Google Marketplace
How the Process Begins
Click on the link in the TEXT MSG and
it will take you to the following site
where you can download the
uFollowit smartphone app *
* The applica+on has a one +me cost of $0.99
iPhone Installation Process (Android Installation is similar)
Click the ‘Advance’ button to
register your phone with
NetworkFOB Drivers register the client ID
from information provided in the TEXT MSG
Register Your Phone With Network FOB
Once all your information is
entered and correct, you are ready to register
your device, click ‘SUBMIT’
Driver then enters the order number provided in the Text
message, MC# and last name.
Begin Load Tracking…
Driver reviews order number and activates ‘Auto Status’ located at the bottom of this
screen, touch the blue arrow to
continue.
Driver then chooses either
normal or priority settings

Activation of the Auto Status
makes available the Start and Stop
features, which are confirming
pickup and delivery of
freight.
Driver touches the ‘Confirm
Start’ to indicate that the load is
in transit. Dispatch will be
automatically notified of your
Order status event.

Capturing Consignee’s Signature
The Consignee can sign the screen itself, but many drivers skip this step in lieu of just capturing the BOL image, which contains the signature.
To confirm delivery of the freight, select ‘Confirm Stop’
The order has been delivered and you are ready to submit your BOL
*Within minutes of delivery
The application allows the Driver to select the document type, take a photo or load from Gallery.
**If you have additional documents, repeat the process or click Review.
Documents must be reviewed
before sending to ensure quality, once approved select ‘Done’ to send them in. The app will confirm your order number
before sending.
Sending Documents
There are no documents
waiting to be sent when the ‘Review’ and ‘Send’ buttons are transparent.
Document History
In Document History click on ‘View’ to
see your BOL.
Then click on the blue BOL
button to view the
document.
Documents will be sent directly to Network FOB. Drivers can then click on ‘FORWARD’ to e-mail the documents to their Carrier.
