1 – Upgrade to Database services at any time. Default databases provided by NetMagic include Microsoft SQL and MySQL. Other databases, such as Oracle, PostGRES, etc. are also supported by the plans.

2 – OS Hardening is conducted as a one-time activity during the setup and implementation of the customer’s dedicated server.

3 – Customers have the option of proactively upgrading the default included monthly data transfer of any of the available plans, or variable data transfer charges will apply in the event that monthly-included data transfer is exceeded

4 – Support includes 24x7 Remote Hands Support, and Unlimited Server Reboots. In addition, Support also includes 24x7 hardware support till such time as the server is declared to be end-of-life by the hardware manufacturer. Customers also have the option of upgrading at any time to 24x7 OS Support, 24x7 Database Support.

5 – Monitoring includes 24x7 URL Availability and 24x7 Port Monitoring by default. Customers also have the option of upgrading to 24x7 Advanced Monitoring at any time.

6 – Customers can upgrade to a Shared Firewall or a Dedicated Firewall at any time.

7 – Customers can upgrade their plan to include Automated Backup services at any time.
