    2.1 Caution prior to operate

    - When you select Manual or Auto Mode, Please Check [READY] on LCD Screen

    - [READY] : a status of Engine Stop / [RPM, Lube Oil Press and Lube Oil Press Switch]

    - [CHECK] : a status of Engine Rotation / more than one of [RPM, Lube Oil Press and Lube Oil Press Switch]

    - When you start at [CHECK] status, there is no output of Start Motor signal for protecting Engine

    - In case of changing or not using for [READY] and [CHECK] criterion,

    Change Setup : [MENU]->[CONTROL] to [RUN-STATUS RPM], [RUN-STATUS OP-GAUGE], [RUN-STATUS OP-

    SWITCH]

    - In case there is [CHECK] at Auto mode, it will cause [FAIL TO STOP] and preventing GEN-SET start failure

    2.2 Manual Mode

    - Select Manual Mode by pressing [MODE] button -> LCD shows [MANUAL] then MANUAL LED is ON

    - Confirm [READY] on LCD. If LCD shows [CHECK] then check out RPM, Lube Oil Press, Lube Oil Press Switch.

    - Start Generator by pressing [START] button

    - If Voltage, Frequency and RPM of Generator are built-up normally, then START LED is changed from BLINKING To

ON and it shows [RUNNING] on LCD Screen

    - Depends on type of CIRCUIT Breaker, It will be close or open by manual close/open or [CLOSE], [OPEN] buttons

    - Stop Generator by pressing [STOP] button

    2.3 Auto Mode

    - Set and check for detecting method of Grid Sensing at [MENU]->[CONTROL]->[MAINS SENSING] (R-S Voltage,

    R-S-T Voltage, UVR Relay INPUT)

    - Select Auto Mode by pressing [MODE] button -> LCD shows [AUTO] then AUTO LED is ON

    - Confirm [READY] on LCD Screen. If LCD shows [CHECK], then check out RPM, Lube Oil Press, Lube Oil Press

    Switch.

    - If Grid failure is detected based on the method of Grid sensing, Generator will start after setting delay time

    - If Voltage, Frequency and RPM of Generator are built-up normally, then START LED is changed from BLINK to ON

and it shows [RUNNING] on LCD Screen

    - After it shows [RUNNING], The Circuit Breaker is closed automatically depends on type of circuit breaker

    - If Grid live is detected based on detecting method of Grid sensing, circuit breaker will be opened after setting

    delay time

    - After opening circuit Breaker, it will be run for cooling down the Engine for setting time

    - Generator is stopped.

    2.4 Emergency-Run

    - When Emergency-Run Contact is Input at Manual or Auto Mode status

    - Generator Start/Stop & Circuit Breaker Close/Open is all the same as at Auto Mode

    - PRE-CRANK Relay will output for 5[sec] automatically.

    2.5 Scheduled Run

    - Set [SCHEDULED-RUN] to [DATE] or [DAY] and set [SCHEDULED-RUN START] and [SCHEDULED-RUN STOP] at

    [MENU]->[CONTROL]

    - Scheduled Run will not be possible if [SCHEDULED-RUN START] is later than [SCHEDULED-RUN STOP] or

[SCHEDULED-RUN START] is same as [SCHEDULED-RUN STOP]

    - Depends on [SCHEDULED-RUN ACB] Setting, Breaker Control during Scheduled Run will be controlled

    automatically or manually

    - Scheduled run only available during Auto mode

    - If there is mains failure during Scheduled run, It will be switched to Auto Mode then Breaker will be controlled

automatically regardless of [SCHEDULED-RUN ACB] Setting
