SUB-FAB Sub-fab space houses support equipment such as pumps, motors, RF generators, and gas valve box manifolds to support equipment in main cleanroom on 2nd floor. LAB Lab space areas will be used to house a laser lab, a training room, and support repairs and maintenance activities. HPM (HAZARDOUS PROCESS MATERIALS AREA) Where all corrosives, oxidizers, flammable gas, and liquids will be stored and delivered.
