NEMO NM® Dosing Pumps

NEMO NM® Pumps were developed for the most demanding precision and automation conditions during dosing. Afrequency inverter enables the pump’s fl ow to be adjusted to a precision less than 1%. The revolutionary principle consists in rotation of a multiphase minirotor in a mini-stator stationary element. This progressing cavity principle is especially adequate for small dosing precision applications for most fl uids. Among them: acids, bases, alcalines, even viscous media with highconsistency with or without solids or fi bres.

The Micro and Mini pumps can be used to prepare in-line or continuous dosing mixtures, or simply for dosing at atmos-pheric pressure.

Construction material

Robust 316 stainless steel construction and simple mechanical seal. With several elastomer types available for the stators: standard SBE & EP, optional VITON.

Automation - Signal 4 to 20 mA

The pump’s fl ow rate can be varied through a 4 to 20 mA receiver circuit by means of external signals received from PH, level, temperature and other transducers.

Multi-pump synchronization

By setting up a central control for seve-ral pumps, a manual/individual regula-tion and also simultaneous variation of all pumps through control synchronism can be achieved.
