“SUCCESS HAS NAME - NEIMS”
Project Description // Bookshop Best Fitout of the Year underwent a complete
refit in only 9 days. The challenge of 2 storey
retailing was met with stunning 9m high graphics
and highly developed fixturing that maximised
stock and exposure. Careful planning and
articulation was critical to the customer
satisfaction of this highly successful store.

Project Description // Bookshop Best Fitout of the Year underwent a complete
refit in only 9 days. The challenge of 2 storey
retailing was met with stunning 9m high graphics
and highly developed fixturing that maximised
stock and exposure. Careful planning and
articulation was critical to the customer
satisfaction of this highly successful store.

Project Description // Supermarket This iconic supermarket has had a long history of
alterations that have attempted to make sense of
two narrow buildings colliding at an awkward
angle on an awkward site. Characterised by bottle
necks and poor sight lines the solution has been to
peel away redundant layers and introduce a few
strong elements to tie the spaces together as well as
help explain the bones of the building. The exterior
equally struggled to present itself as anything other
than a collection of bits thrown together but has
been resolved with paint and graphics using the
various forms as a canvas for text and colour.

Project Description // FootWear
This is the newest addition to the footwear
portfolio catering for the comfort & health
conscience consumer. The entire design package
needed to attract a new market, avoid alienating
their current client base, and establish a clear
breakaway from the other Betts brands. The floor
furniture replicated the organic free form shape of
the foot, breaking away from the highly structured
elements and displays seen in other retail shoe
stores. These elements float in a comparatively
stark modern shell conveying the technology
based features of the shoes.

Project Description // Fashion Store Since opening their doors in March 2003, ZU has
become an Australian leader in fashion forward
shoes, boots, bags & accessories. In 2009 the
shop environment has been completely reinvented
to reflect our client’s desire for a stronger fashion
focus and remain distinctive from the other
Brands range of footwear brands.

Project Description // RestaurantAn icon of the Western Japanese cuisine, this now
well established restaurant has stood the test of
time in a very competitive market. The podium
level of the renowned pro-building, provided the
perfect environment to create a pared back
western/Japanese interior solution. With careful
planning and use of resources, We were able to
create both a high volume take-away outlet and an
enticing sit down restaurant without compromise
to the atmosphere or function of either area.

Project Description // CafeThe Best Hospitality Fitout of the Year - this
Caffissimo was designed to compliment the
voluminous and modernist foyer of the gallery by
creating an intimate scale using sculptural forms
and a timeless palette.

Project Description // CafeThe refurbishment of McDonald’s Cafe
represented a challenging site, a dated building and
a diverse surrounding demographic. The objective
has been to create dining zones that cater for
intimate spaces, families and larger groups by
utilising ceiling heights, materials, screening and
graphics that create a range of subtlety different
experiences.

Project Description // CafeAn amalgamation of disjointed spaces, awkward
openings and varying ceiling heights were just a
few of the challenges confronting this low budget
refurbishment of Subiaco’s institutional curry
house. A ‘black box’ solution using predominantly
raw and recycled materials as feature finishes has
given the Buddha Bar a sense of unity and
discovery as you pass through from the corridor
entry into the mood-lit dining spaces. Bamboo
poles and decorative ceiling fans hint at an oriental
theme, while the ‘Miss White’ wall covering from
Scandinavian Wallpaper adds a final twist of
sensual intrigue.

Project Description // CafeAs a part of the McDonalds national
'Revitalisation' project, We created a new identity
for refurbished restaurants. In addition to
McDonald’s Brand the concept changed the way
in which seating was 'zoned' for maximum benefit
to the broad demographic customer base. These
changes created a more welcoming environment
to complement the Corporation's aim of a
complete family dining experience.

Project Description // OfficeThis brief was for a custom designed fit out that
would reflect their new corporate branding as well
as integrate both the Retail and Wholesale aspects
of the business. To achieve a non -cluttered
appearance, specialized Consultants desks and
storage units were developed for the Retail Area as
well as full height, integrated storage solutions
through-out. A large format feature world map
printed on echo panel was designed to address the
acoustic issues of this busy travel agency.

Project Description // OfficeThis project exemplifies the ability to recycle by
giving new life to a 20 year old brick office. The
new high tech aluminum clad and louvered facade
reflects the Company's position on quality and long
term vision. In addition to redefining the corporate
image of the building, the re-cladding of the faade
created a highly serviceable solution combined
with significant improvements in energy
consumption through the use of motorised external
louvres and aluminum mesh canopies.
