CANCELLATION POLICYRequests for cancellations and refunds must be submitted in

writing to [email protected], or via fax to 404.240.0998.

Cancellations received on or before August 24, 2009, will receive

a 50% refund. No refunds will be granted after August 24, 2009.

TERMS & CONDITIONSBy your submission and our acceptance of your application for

exhibit/sponsorship, both parties agree to the following:

1. All sponsorships are fi rst-come, fi rst-served.

2. You will pay the exhibit/sponsorship amount and you agree

to the NEFA’s Cancellation Policy, each in the manner as set

forth on the Exhibit & Sponsorship Contract. Full payment is

due by September 14, 2009.

3. Exhibit & Sponsorship opportunities are further described in

the Exhibit & Sponsorship Prospectus. We reserve the right to

change such opportunities and descriptions and such changes

will apply to you even if you have agreed to become an

exhibitor/sponsor prior to such changes. If we make

signifi cant and material changes, we will provide you the

opportunity to change your exhibit/sponsorship level and/or

obtain a refund of the exhibit/sponsorship amount within ten

days of such change.
