TRANSFER OF SHARES AGAINST UNPAIDIUNCLAIMED DIVIDEND TO THE INVESTOR EDUCATION AND PROTECTION FUND

In terms of requirement of Sections 124 and 125 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority IIEPFI (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016, as amended up to data 1111°F Rules), the shares in respect of which dividend has not been claimed or paid for seven consecutive years, are liable to transferred to IEPF Authority. As per the record of the Company, some of the Shareholderls) have not claimed the dividend for the financial year (FY) 201213 and of the subsequent financial years. The detail of all such Shareholders and the shares due for transfer is displayed on the website of the Company i.e. on www.neclife.com under investor relation.
