mr. goodcents will provide one complimentary box lunch to each exhibitor.

• additional lunches may be purchased in advance on the attached registration form

• Stay Connected at the Show it can be difficult to manage a day away from the office. the chamber has you covered. use laptops provided by i2rd located in the Exhibitor café to access the internet & answer your e-mail while you’re at the show. be sure to have your mail server address & password available to use this service.

• Exhibitor Café a hospitality room will be available for your use during show hours on show day. the café will be located in the garret room, on the upper level, with access to m street. take a break, make a phone call, enjoy a donut for breakfast or have a cool drink. it’s all right here! you must have your exhibitor name badge to enter the café.

• B2B Hospitality Hour is Back! Join your fellow vendors for drinks and appetizers after the show. hospitality hour will be held in the lower atrium outside the lancaster room. this is a great way to network and get to know other lincoln business owners.

ExHIBITOR INFORmaTIONDoor prize

• One DOOR pRIZE must be provided as part of your exhibit and available at your booth. the winners will be randomly designated at the door. our event mc will announce winners at your booth during the show

Rules & Regulations•only current chamber members in good standing

may exhibit

•no subletting or sharing of booth space unless approved by the lincoln chamber of commerce

•all exhibits must be set up between noon - 5 p.m., monday, oct. 29. all booths must be staffed between 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 30.

•booths may not be dismantled until 5:30 p.m. displays must be confined to your 8’ x 10’ booth space and must not extend into the aisles. no sound equipment which can be heard outside of your exhibit space is permitted.

Shipping•materials may be shipped directly to the cornhusker

hotel no earlier than Friday, october 26 and must be clearly marked “b2b show” with your company name. deliveries can be made to the 13th street atrium entrance.

move-In proceduresmonday, October 29, Noon - 5:00 p.m.•register at the Exhibitor registration desk located

in the upper level atrium of the cornhusker hotel before entering the ballrooms. you will receive your official show information packet and name badges for your staff. all exhibits must be set up by 5:00 p.m. the day before the show. parking is available for exhibitors in the cornhusker or carriage parking garage.

Day of Show Exhibitor Check-InOctober 30, 2012•the main entrance for attendees and exhibitors on

show day, tuesday, october 30, is the 13th street atrium entrance. the show will include both floors of the hotel.

•all exhibitors must enter the showroom wearing their exhibitor name badge. they are available for pick up at the exhibitor registration desk.

•the badges must be worn at all times to enter the showrooms.

move-Out proceduresOctober 30, 5:30 p.m.•the 2012 show ends at 5:30. tear-down begins at

this time. your booth must be staffed between 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. after 5:30 p.m., you may park in the 13th street loading zone to load your exhibit materials into your vehicle.
