Seagate Development Group has started infrastruc-ture installation at Isola Bella, an exclusive 4.5-acre en-clave of just 17 single-family waterfront home sites ad-jacent to the Talis Park community’s Grand Piazza thatshowcases the Great Lawn and the Vyne House club-house. Seagate announced its purchase of the Isola Bel-la parcel last month. A purchase agreement and a reser-vation for home sites within the new neighborhood arecurrently being processed.

The Isola Bella home sites present water and golfcourse views and can accommodate estate residencesfrom 3,500 to more than 5,000 square feet. Seagate an-ticipates beginning construction of two furnished mod-els designed by Rich Guzman at RG Designs in fi�rst quar-ter 2019. Preliminary fl�oor plans for both models havebeen completed. The models will feature interiors de-signed by Theory Design’s Vice President of Design RutaMenaghlazi, an interior designer who has been namedrecipient of numerous Sand Dollar Awards from the Col-lier Building Industry Association as well the AuroraAward on multiple occasions. Pricing for both modelswill be announced when construction begins.
