Moving to a New Phase

• Successfully taken the program from a $100M windfall to a working network of over 130 engaged partners– Survey landscape, plan, explain plan, defend plan,

pilot, consensus, invest, adjust, expand, repeat– Measured, incremental progress

• Now – The NDIIPP project agreements are ending – The Library needs to report to Congress– There needs to be a next step

• Stewardship – caring for heritage assets that belong to other institutions and to other generations

• Alliance – advancing common interests and cause (sounds like there’s movement)
