The SSB procedure consists of two stageSelection process-stage I and stage II. Onlythose candidates who clear the stage I arepermitted to appear for stage II. The detailsare :-(a) Stage I comprises of OfficerIntelligence Rating (OIR) tests are PicturePerception *Description Test (PP&DT). In addition, marks forConference are also allotted based on the ini-tial performance of the Candidate in the threetechniques and decision of the Board.
