“What is a Taste of the Greenmarket? It’s tasting food grown for this locality and picked at the perfect moment. It’s tasting a community which cares about food and the people behind it. It’s tasting a collaboration between cooks and farmers that’s been going on for three decades. In other words, it’s tasting food with a story.” Dan BarBer, executive chef
