Our manufacturing unit is fully equipped with traditional modern

woodworking machinery including a CNC Machine, as well as a large

spray booth together with a Drying area which has heating facilities,ideal

for creating a variety of beautiful, long lasting top class finishes.

JoineryAs specialist joiners we at NCS employ only the most experienced and talented craftsmen to produce work of the highest quality all time served with city and guilds or accredited and trained in traditional and modern methods of hard and soft wood, spray painting and manufactured granite, solid timber and solid surface finishes and a full installation services allows us to complete all sizes of retail and industrial projects. Our qualified French polisher/ Sprayer can produce high class finishes from the simple to the most challenging of projects with a choice of factory finishes including grain enhancing stains to a vast colour paint range using the most modern high performance

opaque and translucent coatings.

Heatherton GrangeA public house / restaurant in which we manufactured various traditional joinery items including all new external doors and frames in European oak, new bars and waiter stations were required thoughout, the front bar fascia was constructed from reclaimed panelling.

Zurich concourse display standWe were asked to manufacture and installa retail display stand that combined theclients merchandise and formula onesporting memorabilia, working from ainitial design concept we produced working drawings and implemented the manufacture including all lighting,design graphics and3D Media.On completion ofmanufacture thedisplay stand wastransported andinstalled byourselves inZurich airport.

The King Rufus We have recently completed the supply of joinery for a new 'eat in' concept the joinery items were constructed from various materials including cherry, cedarand smoked glass.All joinery items wereprefinished at ourpremises in our inhouse spray facilitybefore installationon site.

Snow and RockWe were requested by our client to manufacturea display wall to be incorporated in their flagship store in Knightsbridge around there large granite rock, working with our in house designer we created, manufactured and installed a unique curved wall incorporating a design fixture.

InstallationsAs a Sema accredited Installation Company, NCS Retail Services can plan and design a storage solution tailored to your needs. We can design, deliver and install your racking, retail displays, signage and media solution screens wherever they are needed, tailoring each project to your needs and budget.

With fully certified installers we can offer competitive quotes for Supply, Installation and Maintenance of your Racking and Storage requirements as well as Project management on larger Commercial or Retail projects. We can also supply fully qualified installers to support your business as third party sub-contractors.

NCS Retail has supported the Racking Installation industry with skilled / qualified SIERS approved equipment Installers for the past 12 years working nationwide and offshore. With a capacity of (circa 50+) skilled Installers possessing a wealth of knowledge of product and safe working process, supporting clients and always driving towards a quality, right first time, cost efficient working model.

Supporting several (PC) Principal Contractors in blue chip clients premises as well as directly supported clients as a 1st tier supplier for Installation services. We have also acted as (PC) within clients for Installations work and controlled other trades on site.

NCS Retail recognise a client may have an establish incumbent and we will support any such activity in a professional manner to achieve the clients scope of works correctly and safely.

Robust H&S processes are adhered too at all times and NCS Retail ensure their work is vetted via audit and training programmes at all levels of our company structure. This enables us to remain compliant and updated on all legal / industry requirements.
