The Atlas 960V Series Notebook is a revolution unto itself setting nascent standards in process-driven high bandwidth demand-load digital content creation and multimedia productivity convergence. Built with energy efficiency and multi-core processing optimization in mind, the Atlas 960V employs a profoundly radical new architecture harnessing the latest in Intel® Core™ Duo processor technology with Intel’s Mobile 945PM Express Chipset. With ATI’s Mobility™ Radeon® X1600 discrete graphics and a 15.4” WSXGA+ glossy widescreen LCD, the Atlas provides robust video performance and rich visual clarity. Personal Area Networking is accomplished by an integrated Bluetooth® function while the Atlas’s long range wireless connectivity is through the latest tri-mode Intel® Centrino® Duo Mobile Technology. For tethered connectivity, an integrated 56K modem and Gigabit LAN combination is standard fare. The Atlas also supports the latest in ExpressCard™ expansion capability, supporting both ExpressCard™|34 and ExpressCard™|54 modules.
