Calling Features Available:
Call Forwarding (busy, no answer)- user automatically redirects all
calls to another telephone number when the user’s phone is busy.
Call Park– allows user place an active call in a virtual ‘hold’ orbit
where it can be retrieved by another user.
Caller ID (block, unblock)-enable displaying of the user’s caller ID.
Desktop Fax/E-Fax-allows end user to send and receive fax directly
to email inbox.
Conferencing-enables users to add up to 3 parties to a call from their
phone.
Direct Inward Dialing– allows a caller access to another user’s exten-
sion, directly without an auto attendant.
Do Not Disturb- user can specify ‘do not ring this phone’ from a key
on the phone set, or through personal portal.
Hunt Groups- administrator can enter series of numbers to which
calls are routed, and the next number is tried if no one answers.
Intercom Calling– allows user to page a phone over their phones
microphone speaker.
Music on Hold- incoming calls with music selection while on hold.
Hoteling- gives you the ability to use your personal logon at any
